This well-appointed vacation home was designed with comfort and convenience for everyday living, featuring four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms encompass king-size pillow top mattresses, with high-end linens and a spacious closet for all your belongings. The third bedroom features a twin-sized bunk bed with two climbing ladders for easy access. The fourth bedroom features a tundle style daybed with two cozy twin-sized beds. All four bedrooms provide ample storage for guest luggage and personal belongings.
In addition, the open-concept living area boasts a fully equipped spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining area to seat six plus a four-seat breakfast bar providing ample space to gather for family meals. For guest convenience, this home features high-speed internet, in-suite laundry, smart TV, BBQ, and an outdoor covered deck for all your relaxation needs.

We want to assure you that we are putting extra care and attention into our cleaning routines, making our home the safest for your stay. We have always maintained a high level of cleanliness, giving extra attention to disinfecting all touch points throughout the house.
Additionally, all linens, including throw blankets, decorative pillow covers and bath mats, are washed in hot water. Due to increased precautions and cleaning protocols, check out is 10am to allow for extra cleaning time.
Please be aware that our policies require guests to be at least 30 years old to make a reservation.
The main guest booking the reservation is responsible for keeping the house respectfully tidy while taking care of the furniture & belongings inside.
It is also their responsibility to ensure all guests are familiar with the house rules found on the Airbnb listing prior to check-in.
During this time we are not allowing any additional visitors to the house other than those staying overnight. Exceptions may be considered upon request.
This house is located in a residential neighborhood, so we kindly ask all guests to please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours (10pm - 7am) are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care deeply about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our 'house rules' during your stay.
We host families, couples and visitors from around the world. We are a STRICT non-party property! We do not cater to any party groups whatsoever. This is a tranquil and quiet area and we wish to host guests who are low-key and respectful of our home and neighbors.
If you are looking to party, then sadly, we are not the right fit. Any inclination of party like activity will reserve us the right to immediately terminate your stay.
Located 15 minutes west of Port Alberni, Sproat Lake is a favoured location for swimming, fishing, waterskiing and, when the wind is up, windsurfing.
You will find the neighborhood peaceful, walkable, safe and secure, with friendly neighbors who care deeply for their property and community.
The lake access on the property includes a private swimming dock and beach front access. We kindly ask that all guests are closely monitored at all times when accessing the lakefront shore, dock, and lake itself. Use of the lake and lake amenities is at your own risk.
A variety of short access trails lead visitors around this park, including a trail to the eastern end of Sproat Lake, which is home to one of the finest panels of prehistoric petroglyphs in British Columbia. The lake also has three provincial parks on its shores: Sproat Lake Provincial Park, Taylor Arm Provincial Park, and Fossli Provincial Park.
There are opportunities for fresh water fishing in Sproat Lake. Fishing is permitted as per provincial and federal fishing regulations and is subject to closures. All anglers should check the current regulations issued by Fisheries and Oceans Canada prior to fishing. Specific closures will be posted in the park.

Unauthorized off-road vehicle (ORV) use on trails in this park is strictly prohibited. Driving on park trails disrupts and damages natural areas and poses a safety risk to other park visitors. Operators of unauthorized motorized vehicles found off-road in the park could face fines under the Park, Conservancy and Recreation Areas Regulations.
There is a boat launch available at this park. This boat launch is very busy during the summer season.
