Wanted to give better rating but...

I really wanted to like this property and experience enough to rate it higher. However, when I arrived after 5pm, the property was not ready for me to enter due to the crew continuing to clean. When I did enter, it looked pretty decent...until I found items that clearly had been left by the previous guests including a used razor, cooked chicken wing and plastic cigar tip. Of course, these were not intentional, but with small and curious kids, if they had found any of these items I would have been livid!!! This is the time for peak health and safety and we are all anxious. I wish future guests all the best.

Good Experience

The neighborhood was beautiful the water park was nice in Clean. The house itself was Great minus all the bedrooms need mattress replacement. We got frustrated when we couldn't get into the house the first day because no explain to us we had to remove the fence around the pool to access the door. When we called the office no one answered a neighbor helped us out. Other that great experience Walmart close by Publix close by 55min to the beach.

Nice for large group, but have to bring lots of extras.

My family and I stayed here (5 adults, 4 kids) for 4 nights and the space was large enough, plenty of room for meals, nice bathrooms and beds. Was glad to have a washer and dryer, nice hair dryers were provided as well. We have stayed in many VRBOs / AirBNBs and this one was lacking some essentials. No dish soap, dish washer soap, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, no sponge to wash dishes, no extra garbage bags, no coffee filters, no salt / pepper, cooking oil. And although it was explained in the reservation to expect some of these things, we found it expensive and a lot to then pack up or throw away what we didn’t use.

Excellent property exactly as described

Very clean and nice house close to pool and lazy river. Very good service by Florida Scandi, thanks, we will come back. Overall development is very nice and well located close to the attractions

Could have been cleaner.

The house was good but cleaning was not up to par. One bathrooms toilet was bad. Walls were beat up with marks and dishes were all dirty. Carpet could have used a Little cleaning too. Stay was good other than how clean the place was.
