This is the place to relax and unwind. Gorgeous Sunset Beach on Treasure Island has miles of white sugar sand beaches and sparkling gulf water. One of the best kept secrets on the Gulf Coast. The condo is one bedroom, one bath on the second floor. Just steps away from the beach. Laundry facilities are on site as well as barbecues and an outdoor patio area. You are walking distance to the world famous Caddys beach restaurant, Kai Tiki's and Taco Bus

Great condo in a great location!
This place was perfect for a quick trip over spring break. Super clean, great amenities, and directly across from the beach with access to the pool at Sunset Chateau. It might have benefited from being aired out before, but it's just an older building, so that wasn't much of an issue. Would definitely stay again!

We couldn't have asked for a better home while away!
From the minute we arrived, through leaving, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Nice adult building without any issues whatsoever with neighbors, or noise. It's truly a gem, and I would recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing home base. Just down the stairs is a cross-walk to the beach, and it's prefect! Love our time, thanks!

It was just me and my husband that stayed. It had every thing we needed to use when going to beach or just cooking. Was able to walk to a lot of different places either on the sidewalk or on the beach, whatever you prefer. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend this cozy place. The place was in good shape, very clean, and had everything I needed for my stay. Right across the street is the beach and is in easy walking distance to many restaurants. I would be happy to stay here again!

Great Location, cozy condo
The space was clean, comfortable and just steps across the street to the beach. The owner was responsive within 3 days with a slight TV issue. The two main reasons for a 4 star were the loud fan in the bathroom whenever the light is turned on, and the beach chairs that were provided. There is no separate light and fan control in the bathroom, and the loud fan sound became extremely annoying, The beach chairs are camping chairs, and there is no way to sit back on them, just straight up. This was also a deal breaker for us, as we come to the beach for a week to relax, so this is important to have chairs that are actually beach chairs. Other than that, we were able to cook meals, rest and relax, and the bed was comfortable .too.

This apartment is beautifully decorated. Has everything you could need. You can walk across the street to Sunset Beach…..one of my favorite beaches!!!!

Besties Getaway
The property was very cute, clean and stocked with all the supplies that we needed for the weekend. There was a great view of the beach just right across the road. It is within walking distance to Caddy's, which was a great place to grab a quick bite to eat or hangout for the day. Just across the bridges was lots of shopping and plenty more restaurants. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and plan to book the room again.

The place is clean, comfortable, and very close to the beach with easy access. The only thing I'd note is that the kitchen island is on wheels so casually leaning against it isn't recommended lol (not a complaint, just something I accidentally discovered)

Perfect location
We wanted to stay a couple nights near Caddy's and the Beach and this was perfect. I want to go back and stay a week next time.! I am ready to go back and hopefully see the sunset this time.. Too much rain.
