The villa is equipped with a full kitchen with everything you will need to cook complete meals (stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, + much more). We also offer the services of a chef (Subject to avaialbility). He would be happy to pick up groceries or anything else needed. A small grocery store is very close (within walking distance) and a full grocery store several miles away ($2round trip fare by Tuk Tuk) We will be happy to provide airport transportation and touring services for you during your stay. If you have any questions please message me. I'm happy to work with you concerning any additional requests such as tours and or transportation to Galle and the whale watching etc. Sri Lanka is a magical island with many historic and cultural things to see, the people are very friendly, you will definitely enjoy your stay here. A great place to stay

A wonderful villa with all the facilities for a brilliant holiday. It is situated off the main road with easy access to the town either by walking or tuk tuk. Udith, the owner and the staff were always friendly, helpful and courteous with nothing too much bother for them. The villa rooms, garden and pool areas were cleaned daily and maintained to a high standard. The surrounding area has lush vegetation and spectacular wildlife, a real treat for early morning walking. Fruit and veg can be bought along the roadside and there are small stores nearby though we chose the larger supermarket in town for our big shop. Though the villa more than lives up to the photo's on the website we dropped a star rating because the third double bedroom, which is downstairs and isn't shown, is only large enough to accommodate the king-size bed and 2 small sets of bedside drawers. The 'dressing' area is outside the bedroom door, is open to the downstairs living area, and includes the bedroom's built in wardrobe which was a constant source of mosquitoes despite being sprayed regularly. That apart, it is a lovely, spacious and comfortable villa that we will recommend to friends who wish to holiday in Hikkaduwa. Udith organised our airport transfers and a 4 day, 3 night tour around the island with a minibus and English speaking driver which gave a great insight to the Sri Lankan culture. We also took advantage of a local chef he provided to prepare our evening meal one night and it was both educational and delicious. The gas BBQ was a big hit for the other nights we stayed in but mostly we tried various eating establishments out and about. Our favourite, and closest, was the Happy Walk restaurant just 15 minutes walk from the villa towards town.

Absolutely beautiful villa

We cannot say enough about this beautiful villa, 6 of us (3 couples) stayed here for 3 weeks and we were looked after the minute we arrived. It is very spacious, well equipped and kept in excellent order throughout by Ishan. Udith made us very welcome and arranged our tour which we really enjoyed. The villa is very well situated for Hikkaduwa an easy tuk tuk ride which Ishan organised for us. I would not hesitate in recommending this villa for a superb holiday, thank you again Pasan and Udith.

Superbe villa, au calme et proche des plages.

Famille avec quatres enfants, nous avons adoré la maison, située au calme tout en étant proche des plages en tuktuk. Très bien équipée, elle est fonctionnelle. La piscine est nettoyée tous les jours et les chambres sur demande. Nous avons apprécié Dilhan, le gardien, très attentif à nos besoins tout en étant discret. Udi, le papa de Pasan, a été au soin tout le long de notre séjour ( livraison de poissons frais, taxi avec chauffeur, informations diverses). Nous recommandons vivement la villa.

Very clean perfect villa. I would come back to it.

Very spacey and bright villa. Villa was better then I thought. Dilshan cleaned it every day. He helped with everything. Pasan the owner was very good. Nothing was too much for him.
