Great house for large groups!
First family vacation to Disney and this house was perfect for what we needed! The girls loved the pool and it’s an easy drive to all the Disney parks.

We very much enjoyed our 9 day stay. The common areas were very large and able to accomodate family game night with all 17 of us! The rooms were comfortable and the number of bathrooms was enough to give the ladies space to all get ready at once. The pool was the focal point of the house and was used daily. The clubhouse area was only a couple of blocks away and the lake was a great backdrop for family pictures. All in all, this property was amazing and we would rent again. I feel obligated to also state that a number of the kitchen items ( coffee maker, knives, pots and pans) could use an upgrade. They have just been used as normal, but need an upgrade. These issyes were NOT serious enough to hamper our visit ( except for the couple of tense hours each day as the adults waited for the Starbucks to arrive! Lol. DO NOT miss this opportunity to have the whole family together to enjoy a property close enough and far enough from the “Parks” to be convenient to everyone.

Family 4th of July Celebration
This property was perfect for our family celebration. Spacious, double refrigerator was perfect. The owner is awesome. Response in timely manner. Our stay was most enjoyable. The cleaning crew and maintenance is not up to par. Towel supply was not sufficient (but fixed the next day), we had to wash linen before going to bed. Sheets were not clean at all…we found white substance on pillow cases and sheets. Major adjustment, we stayed up washing linen and spraying down covers. Pool area was full of mildew. I have pictures. We also feel that the ac thermostat was being controlled, no matter what we set it on it would always go back to 75. But there were portable fans in rooms, so we were good with that. Garbage disposal did not work and leaked water. Maintenance man came and could not repair it, so he left. That was that. We made adjustments by putting towels underneath to absorb water and tried not to use that side of the sink. Would we stay here again? Of course with minor adjustments with cleaning crew and pool area. The owner is very kind, prompt and understanding. We did not want to be a nuisance. We wanted to focus on the memorable moments we were making. So we did what needed to be done to enjoy. Family 4th of July Celebration 2023

Family Vacation
We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for the 14 of us ages 78 to 7. The pool was crystal clear and inviting. Beautifully decorated and clean. Enjoyed the Club House and Community amenities. Not far from Kissimmee and Orlando main attractions. Several other rentals in the area and lots of cars in the street even though they weren't suppose to. (Not the owners responsibility just FYI) House was as promised and just as the floor plan on the website. Owner was prompt with all communication and items were addressed. Would definilty stay again.

Large house- NOT clean
This house is large and has plenty of space for a family/friends gathering. Easy walk to the clubhouse in a mostly quiet neighborhood. We paid extra for pool & spa heat, but the spa heat did not work for the first 3 days of our 6 day trip. House has a lot of damage from previous renters. This house was NOT clean, seems like this is a recurring issue with other reviews. There are also no cleaning supplies to do it ourselves.

Was a good stay. Spacious and easy to get to. Only thing was the property was not very clean upon arrival and no cleaning products at the house. Really only stayed there for sleeping so not a huge deal.

Very Comfortable and cozy
This was my first home rental and me and my family really enjoyed it. It was like a home away from home everything went smooth even the check in process of getting in the house. Golf trip with friends
This was the perfect house for 8 adults in a golf trip. Plenty of bathrooms, large kitchen with two fridges and a nice pool for relaxing at the end of the day with a BBQ. Great location. Everything worked and the place was nice and clean.

Beautiful!!!!
We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. There were 16 of us in the house, and there still was an unused bedroom. Everything was spotless and beds were great. My wife and I are still talking about how good we slept during our stay. Pool and hot tub were great, and the maintenance guy was super polite and answered every question we had. Just a small issue with hot tub heat that he remedied immediately. Traffic in Orlando and Kissimmee is crazy during spring break, but that was to be expected. The owner was great to communicate with and was very accommodating to our requests. Already planning another trip here in the same house.

Enjoyed the stay. Jim responded timely to any concerns. Let us check in about an hour early since we got into town earlier then expected. Only con I experienced was the pool and hot tub heat was inconsistent. Could have been on me. But I never really figured it out. It seemed to work intermittently. But pool was decent enough to use. Hot tub never seemed to get to temp the week we was there. The jet never tur ed o. As the neighbors did. But was warm enough to enjoy. So I didn't worry about it. Our group enjoyed the house!

The house was very nice . Our kids loved the private pool at the house , and the water park and club house was only a short walk down the street . Plenty of room and nice beds for all . There were 8 adults and 6 children under age 9 .

Family getaway
We had a great time while at Windsor. The house was big and it fit the our group of 17 comfortably. We paid extra for the pool heat and it was warm and never had any issues. Jim was quick to answer any questions and kept us in the loop with check in. The Xbox and tv upstairs didn’t work, but the property manager said they would look into it further for the future guests. That was the only complaint for the trip, so I consider that a win. Thanks for a great place to stay while spending time with our family!

Reasonably quiet neighborhood within walking distance to clubhouse and community pool
Having the two bedrooms on the main floor is a must for those of us that don't do stairs well. There was a smattering of fireworks and loud talking in the middle of the night that disturbed some of our company's sleep but that was always short-lived. We are a family of cooks and we found the variety of cookware a little underwhelming and for such a large house, a lot more silverware is needed. We paid extra for the extra heating in the hot tub. The hot tub did get very hot. The whole pool area could use lighting for use at night. The pool table is way too small for any real 8 ball play. The owner was very responsive to the few concerns we did have.

Beautiful House BUT NOT CLEAN
The house location was great BUT the house should’ve been cleaned better. Found a toe nail clipping & hair in between the sheets in one bed. Couldn’t use the ice dispenser on the refrigerator door because it had a lot of mold. & dirt. The Keurig Coffee machine had so much dust and gook on it that we had to clean it before using it. A lot of dust on all the furniture in the house. We paid an extra $300.00 for the pool heat and after numerous phone texts back and forth, we finally had the pool heat working by Wednesday afternoon. We arrived on Friday and left on Sunday Morning, so 5 days, more than half our stay, the pool was cold…… once again the house is beautiful BUT THEY NEED TO DO A MUCH BETTER JOB WITH CLEANING….. Also, one last thing, the development where this house is located is very noisy. A lot of loud music late at night along with cursing. If you’re going with a family, take that into consideration before you book this house……

Our family celebrated Thanksgiving/Christmas coming from five states and Canada. The home is beautiful and true to the VRBO representation. Everything was so clean and well cared for. There was plenty of room for all of us. I especially appreciated the dining area where all sixteen of us could set together at tables. Communication with the owner was immediate. He was patient and pleasant even when we made a panicked call because our GPS took us to the wrong gate. We all enjoyed our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you for making properties and owners like this available.
