LIVING ROOM: Has a 55” LED 3D Smart TV with Roku and a number of apps incl HBOMax, Paramount+, Disney+, Hulu, Netflix.
DINING ROOM: Dining table & eight chairs.
FAMILY ROOM: 3-seat sofa, two arm chairs. Gas fireplace makes for a cozy environment on cool winter evenings. Views of the rear garden and pool and mountain views beyond.
KITCHEN: Granite counters, brand new stainless steel appliances incl gas range, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. All the utensils, pots pans etc you would need during your stay.
NOOK: Eating nook off Kitchen with circular table seating 4, overlooking garden and pool and mountain views beyond.
PRIMARY BEDROOM: King size bed, nightstands. Ensuite bathroom with granite counters and twin vanities. Walk-in closet with drawers and hanging space. Sliding doors to patio and pool with mountain views beyond. 55" TV with Roku and streaming apps.
GUEST BEDROOM 1: Queen size bed, views over the grassy side garden.
GUEST BEDROOM 2: Queen size bed, views over the grassy side garden.
GUEST BEDROOM 3: Two twin size beds. TV with Roku and streaming apps.
BATHROOM: With tub and shower over. Granite counters.
LAUNDRY: With front-load washer & dryer and detergent.
OUTSIDE:
Beautiful gardens surround the East, South and West sides of the home. A large grassy garden with orange trees and gravel patio on the East side is perfect for your morning coffee. The South West facing rear yard offers a large newly renovated salt-water pool with spa, with natural rock surround, lots of deck space, table & chairs, loungers and lovely mountain views.
There is also a three car garage.
The pool and spa can be heated, please ask for a quote which will vary depending on the time of year.
PETS:
Your four-legged friend is very welcome and we do not charge extra for their stay. However, we insist that you do not let your pets on the furniture or in the pool and that you must pick up after them in the garden. Any additional charges we incur from the cleaners as a result of your pet will be deducted from the security deposit.
Please note there is a Ring doorbell camera at the front door which is connected to the Alexa Show in the dining room so if somebody presses the doorbell you'll be able to see who is there before answering the door. There is also a Ring security camera and light on the side gate facing at the gate and road - this is for added security and does not face into the side yard of the house.
EV OWNERS:
As of June 2024 we now have a 50amp outlet available for your use in the garage. Please note, you will need to bring your own charging cables. We will, when we have availability, get a charger installed with cables. When we do that I will update here and we will add EV Charging as an amenity at that time. Until then it's a partial amenity you're welcome to use with your own cables.
Note, if you rent an EV, typically rental companies no longer provide charging cables with their vehicles, so you would need to either obtain these from the hire company, bring your own or use public charging stations.
