Fantastic location

Comfortable bed, sofa and chairs not so much. Beach access and views are great. Quiet location. Floors, baseboards and furniture were in need of cleaning.

Great Beach Get A Way

We really enjoyed staying literally on the beach over New Years. The beach view was great. The sun sets were beautiful, We had a great time and would plan on coming back to this property in the future.

Destin in November

I can confidently say our experience while staying at the Destin Beach Club #306 condo was beyond expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of the emerald-green waters and sugar-white sand beaches that Destin is famous for. The condo’s location couldn’t be more perfect. Situated just steps away from the beach, it offered the perfect blend of serenity and accessibility to shops and restaurants. The condo itself was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with every modern convenience. The open floor plan maximized the ocean views, with large windows flooding the space with natural light.The condo complex had excellent amenities. A sparkling pool and hot tub offered a great alternative to the beach. On-site staff were friendly, professional, and always eager to assist with any requests. Whether you’re planning a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or simply looking for a peaceful retreat, this condo in Destin is a top-tier choice. I can’t wait to return and create more unforgettable memories. Highly recommended!

Beautiful beach front condo

The condo was absolutely fantastic!! It’s location is nicely located near everything. The view from the condo is amazing, we sat out on the veranda constantly. The inside of the condo is beautifully decorated and looks just like the pictures. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We can’t wait to book again!

Great condo!

We have stayed at the Destin beach club for years and this is by far the nicest unit! Everything has been updated and unit was very clean upon arrival. Check in was easy and the owner was very prompt with any communication. Only thing I would suggest is to install a deadbolt on the door. It does have a keypad for entry which is very convenient but would have been nice to have a deadbolt to lock at bedtime and to keep toddlers from exiting should you be bringing any little ones. Overall a beautiful property and we will be staying again

Second Stay

My second stay at this beautiful condo may have even been better than my first. The check-in process went without a hitch, everything worked perfectly for the duration of my stay, and once again I absolutely love the convenience of being right on the beach. I really appreciate the effort the host makes to ensure that as much information as possible is available upon arrival. The kitchen and appliances are in excellent condition. I honestly couldn't ask for more for a nice quiet getaway to the beach. I am already looking forward to going back!

Best honeymoon at the perfect spot

Mark and I were very impressed with how clean this place is and how easy it was to check in and the checkout process. It is in the center of everything and so easy to walk to the beach. We are already talking about booking for next year. Thank you!

Would definitely return

This was our first time to Destin and we hope it will not be our last. We loved the unit we stayed in and communication with the owner was great. We had an issue with the cable box on the main tv and was able to get that taken care of. Hurricane Helene came in at the end of our trip and we considered heading out early. I messaged the owner (who is local) looking for some advice and instead of just messaging me back, took the time to call me and answer my questions and after talking with the him we decided to stick it out and felt completely safe. The staff at the Beach Club were all super nice as well. I did notice that several people who had stayed in the unit had forgotten to log out of their streaming channels and told myself to make sure I did that before we left, and guess who forgot to log out of some things…

Great Family Trip

We really enjoyed the location and view from the room. The size worked great for a family of 4. The building is smaller and the beach and pool much less busy than other properties in the area. It was a short drive to Walmart for groceries and not far from restaurants in Destin. We would definitely stay again

Beachfront in Destin

Great place to stay for beachfront access in central Destin! This unit is within the Destin Beach Club. It’s a very nice 3 story condo with only a small number of units. All units are 1 bedroom but have twin bunks in the hallway and typically a couch bed in the living room. Definitely call or find the property online and you can book multiple units if you want to travel with a larger group. This unit looks to have been updated recently and the owner is managing separately from the property. This unit has a keypad for door access while most others still appear to use a physical key. Beach chairs and umbrella are available but it’s an extra $40/day. If you book direct with the property it’s included. Overall it was a great place to stay, location was great and I would definitely stay here again. Would compare this unit rates to other direct with the property to see which is a better deal. Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful Location

This was our first year to stay at Destin Beach Club and I am sold forever! Love how small and quiet it was, and the beach was never crowded, only one row of chairs, a huge plus for me! The condo we stayed in was very clean and had every thing that we needed. We had no issues during our stay. The only two things I could “complain” on (not really complaining though) is the elevator had a funky smell, so I took the stairs unless carrying something up to the 3rd floor (got some extra steps in that way too 😊) and I really wish the condo had had a vacuum. There was a broom and dustpan and they tell you to rinse sand off well before entering, well anyone who has been to Destin before knows it’s impossible to get off every spec of sand before getting to your condo. So I did have to sweep a few times and having a vacuum would have been easier for me to maintain the little residual sand we did have (mainly near the door and bathrooms of course). Other than that we cannot wait to come stay again!

I moved to Destin 20 years ago and have never left. I enjoy the Destin lifestyle Very Much. My favorite things about Destin are the beautiful white sandy beaches and the Emerald Green water in the Gulf and surrounding areas such as Crab Island. I love fresh seafood, and enjoy the local dinning that the area offers. The area of Destin also has some great shopping and fun theme Water parks as well. I also really enjoy going down to the Harbor and walking along the Destin Boardwalk and checking out all the fisherman's catch for the day. Lots to do down there.

Why they chose this property

I chose this property because you literally have the beach as your front yard here, so to speak. The neighboring condos are non-rental so you really don't get a ton of traffic on the beach during the summer months. The location of The Destin Beach Club is right in the heart of Destin.

What makes this property unique

You can take a leisurely stroll down the beach to the Back Porch restaurant for lunch or dinner, or if you would like to have a night out in an upscale restaurant, Ruth Chris Steak House is close by. The Track; right across Hwy 98, it offers go carts and Goofy golf amusement park. Big Kahuna Water and Adventure Park are also in the neighborhood.
