Feel at home while on vacation in this beautiful historic home located on the 600th block of Buffalo Avenue in Niagara Falls, NY within walking distance (0.5 miles) to the falls, the casino and all tourist attractions. This multiple occupancy home is perfect for extended or multiple families featuring 2 apartments, one per floor. Each floor/apartment has its own separate/secure entrance entering into a 1850 sq foot apartment featuring a spacious living room, a dining room with seating for at least 6 people, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and one bath. First floor apartment has a front porch, Second floor apartment has a large balcony in the front of the house . There is a large back yard for use.
Off street parking is provided for at least 4 vehicles.
All basic amenities are provided as if you were at home, linens, towels, utensils, kitchenware, cleaning supplies. We do not provide personal items such as bar soap, shampoo, toothpaste, etc.
The owner lives a couple of houses away and is available for any issues that may arise.
