Mountain Retreat Located Seconds from Loon Mt, Lincoln and White Mtns

Two bedroom, one bath tri-level townhouse nestled in The Village of Loon. Sleeps 4-5 people.
YES! We are air conditioned.
The lower level contains the master bedroom with a king size bed and Jack-and-Jill bathroom with laundry. The enclosed loft contains 2 twin beds and an additional pull-out single chair. Bring a sleeping bag and a pillow for your 3rd child to sleep on the pullout (bedding not supplied for the pullout single, see pictures for visual)

The Village at Loon is located seconds from the entrance to Loon Mountain. Take a gondola ride to the top and enjoy a stunning view of the mountains, explore the glacier caves and have a snack, take a zipline ride across the river or if you're feeling adventurous, or zipline through the trees. Close to dozens of hiking trails and local attractions, including downtown Lincoln, Lost River, Hobo Railroad, Whale's Tale Water Park and Clark's Trading Post, Polly's Pancake Pallor, Franconia Notch, Cannon Mountain's tram, the Flume Gorge and the historic Basin. About a 45 minute drive to Mt. Washington, the Cog Railroad, North Conway, Santa's Village and Story Land.

Amenities available only a short walk away include 4 pools, tennis courts, hot-tubs, and a workout room. Bringing Fido with you; there are pet pick-up stations accessible for your convenience along with lots of paved walking areas around the Village and off-leash trails. Perfect for a family or couple.

This property has all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer Although it’s not new, it was well maintained and clean. My only complaint is that there was only one bathroom and its located in the lower level. For guests sleeping up in the loft, you must go down and back up two flights of stairs.

Family Long Weekend to Hike and Leaf Peep - The condo was in a GREAT location close to everything, immaculately clean, so comfortable and cozy with a great fireplace in the living room, everything you need for an amazing stay including several board games for family fun. The resort was amazing with 4 pools and 2 jacuzzi’s that we took advantage of after a long day of hiking. Kudos to Ellen and Tom! We would love to come back! inside

The condo is clean and well stocked. In the perfect location to see the sites around the area. It was nice to come back from sight seeing and have a quiet place to relax. Great location to walk our dog Loki. Tom and Ellen were very responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful vacation staying at this property.

Tom’s place was great and exactly as described. The kids loved having their own space in the loft and was a very quick ride to anywhere you needed to go in Lincoln.

Perfect for Family Vacation with our Pup!
We go to Lincoln every summer for our family vacation. We got a puppy last year and the place we usually stay at does not allow dogs so we had to find some place new. I came across this place and it was just what we needed! A nice condo unit with two bedrooms and plenty of space for the kids and dog! The property has multiple pools indoor and outdoor to enjoy. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with for one minor issue we had. We would definitely recommend this place!

A happy place where you want to linger longer...
We absolutely loved this spot! Well equipped, peace, silence, a ton to keep you busy and a ton to keep you relaxed. We found the location perfect on top of all the perfects already mentioned. Tom was very quick to respond and helpful with any questions we had. They have a complete guide with tours, outings and restaurants in the surrounding areas. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful and there were clear instructions and notes all over the condo. The process could not have been smoother. We had 1 little hiccup when we could not find the check in sheet to complete on arrival in order to verify what was in the apartment. We thus did not do this but found nothing missing except maybe a cheese grater (and that was literally the only thing we missed between the boxes of games, excellent wifi, pool access, linen, extra soaps and spices). This place has it all! This family will go back tomorrow again without hesitation. I cannot recommend your place highly enough. Thank you Tom! We absolutely loved our stay!

Loon Getaway
The entire complex was family friendly with plenty to do indoors if the weather was inclement: indoor pools and hot tubs and a small game room. Outdoors there were 2 pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, playground area for small children and several paths through the woods to enjoy nature. The complex was close to downtown Lincoln with many restaurants and shops plus beautiful hiking and bike trails close by.

This was our second time staying in this property because we like it so much. My teenage boys begged to come back because of the loft and the amenities of the swimming pools and game room. We love the nearby hiking trails and that the house is dog friendly.

College sweethearts originally from the Boston area but moved to Cape Cod about 25 years ago to start our family. We are a teacher and an corporate pilot raising 2 wonderful children in this beautiful location!

Why they chose this property

One of our children have a food allergy. We always need a kitchen to provide her with safe meals while we travel. Last year we visited the Village of Loon and fell in love with the location and the townhouse. We were lucky enough to be able to purchase it! We wanted to be able to share it with others so you can enjoy the same experiences that made us fall in love with the area. It really is our happy place!

What makes this property unique

The location of the townhouse is stellar. It is so close to the "action" yet still nestled in a quiet peaceful community. You CAN actually have it all! It is within walking distance to Loon Mountain (3/4 mile to the doors of the gondola) or bike on the bike/walking trail to town. Bring your special someone for a romantic getaway, or your family for some fun basking in the local attractions such as the waterfalls and swimming hole just up the road on the Kanc. The views as you drive are so breathtaking you will have a hard time keeping your eyes on the road. Pull off at any of the numerous scenic viewing sights to take in some of the most breathtaking sights you have ever seen. You can be at the Black Mountain Burger Company (ohhh so delicious!) in 3 minutes by car. So many restaurants, shops and even a movie theater only minutes away. Think Flap Jacks 5 minutes from your door! From the living/dining room of the townhouse you can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee on the balcony with your family or enjoy your coffee alone, or with your special someone on your private deck off the master bedroom. You could have a cozy romantic meal sitting at the bistro table on the balcony with glimpses of the mountains or while gazing up at the stars in the northern sky and then come in to warm-up in front of the gas fireplace while sitting on the couch or hanging in the comfy chairs. There is no better place that offers so much along with the peaceful beauty the White Mountains are known for!
