Excelente villa para pasar tiempo de calidad con amigos y o familiares, muy cerca del pueblo entre montanas con una vista excelente, Club house, con Gazebo excelente para celebraciones o simplemente para relajarse, picina, rio. La villa consta con 2 niveles, En el primer nivel se encuentra la sala, comedor, terraza, cocina, una habitacion con un camarote de dos camas full y su bano.
En el segundo nivel se encuentran dos habitaciones con su bano, una habitacion con cama Queen y su bano, y la segunda habitacion consta de 1 camarote con dos camas full y su bano. Camas de aire para acomodar mas de 10 personas. Cerca del Rancho Baiguate donde existen muchas actividades como River Rafting, Zip lining, 4 wheels
