This is an one bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a converted cedar barn. It has a queen bed and large bedroom, a full bath and another room that has a sofa, TV and a small kitchen. There are private entrances and a private patio. Located at Honey Farm Rentals, the grounds are large, peaceful and appealing. The neighborhood is quiet, relaxing and safe. Our farm has animals, beehives and pasture. Pets are only allowed upon approval by owner.

My husband Tom and I are retired and spend most of our time at home, tending to whatever needs tending. Everyone has plenty of privacy since our property is big enough, yet since we are usually on the premises, we can quickly address any guest's issues.
We're originally from the West Virginia coalfields but have made our home in Katy since 1981. We love to be at home, working on projects, but we also love to travel. We have two children and five grandchildren that we love to visit.

Why they chose this property
We wanted the convenience of city life but with a bit of privacy and greenery. We are the best kept secret in Katy. Even though we are within the old town of Katy, we are secluded and unseen. We ran a bed and breakfast called Honey Farm BnB for nine years but as we are getting older, decided to change our model to short term rentals. We are now Honey Farm Rentals.
What makes this property unique
We have a small bee farm and sometimes a variety of small farm animals. So watch your step....seriously.
