Enjoy a piece of paradise at Suntide ll Condominium Community, Unit 504, your home away from home. A fully furnished penthouse is perfect for creating unforgettable memories with your family and friends as you experience South Padre Island.

Begin your day eating breakfast on the furnished oceanfront covered balcony. Enjoy the sea breeze as you take in the breathtaking panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. After breakfast, take a morning stroll along the beach as the waves dance back and forth along the shoreline.

Large windows bathe the living room with natural light. Enjoy ocean views through floor-to-ceiling windows while lounging on the recliner or the comfortable couch, which doubles as a queen sleeper. Watch the shrimp boat lights dance across the water when the sun goes down as you watch a favorite show on the 50" flat-screen TV.

Enjoy the striking granite countertops as you whip up a scrumptious meal in the fully stocked kitchen. The dining area fits 4 guests comfortably, with 2 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Texas-sized barbeque grill area on the first floor to assist the pitmaster in the group.

The primary suite has a cozy king-size bed, perfect for enjoying the exquisite sunrise through large floor-to-ceiling windows while snug beneath the covers or unwinding at the end of the day while watching a show on the flat-screen TV. The primary bath has a walk-in closet, a large vanity with plenty of drawers for storing toiletries, and a gorgeous walk-in tile shower with a built-in seat.

The inviting guest bedroom has two full-size beds, a flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet. Freshen up in the attached guest bathroom with a large vanity, a 5-shelf linen closet, and a tub/shower combo.

The Suntide ll Condominium Community offers various activities to make your day fun. Play a thrilling game of tennis, lounge on the sun deck with palapas, take a dip in the sparkling pool, unwind in the hot tub, and enjoy direct ocean access to the beach; if you so choose, along the way, stop for a game of sand volleyball.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony was outstanding. The condo was clean and well equipped. It was very quiet and relaxing. Everyone I came in contact with were friendly and helpful.

Great stay

The condo was clean and comfy. It's nice to sit out and look out to the beach, which is very easy to get to. Come back from the beach and stop at the pool. The place needs a little updating but had all the amenities. Can walk to restaurants and general store to pick up supplies and some groceries. Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay.

Suntide II Great Stay

The property at Suntide II was very nice. Clean and amply furnished. We had an excellent stay. There are a lot of stairs to get down from the pool area which were difficult for both myself and my friend. Also, the matting out to the beach area was very worn and torn. My foot got caught in a tear and I took a bad fall. My friend also fell on the matt on a different day. It would be great to get the matts replaced.

I will say don’t waist your time reserving this place, that have no worries edible service We never got the condo we payed for, we had selected the condo on the top floor because it was better and ginger of course we payed more to have a better condo but they just told us that the AC in the unit didn’t work just giving us the run around day after day and eating to speak to the manger for days we never got the condo we wanted and they just promise a refund that until this this we haven’t got yet the administration in this place is just terrible

Overrated

I rented this condo based on the Reviews. 4.4 stars. No way. Not sure how it got so many 5 stars. Crazy. Let's start with the Kitchen. The cabinets belong in a landfill. The stove has 2 working burners. Only 1 of which is level. The microwave is sagging at the front. Very janky. The bedroom furniture is cheap and worn. The couch and love seat and worn and uncomfortable. The glass in the door leading to the patio has a very large crack. The master bath shower has low flow. The wire shelving in the master bath is too long so there is a hazard of bumping into the corner. The fix for that would be to shorten the shelving. No, they decided to take a washcloth and duct tape it to the corner to soften the blow to your head. This place is so overrated. The only positives are the location, the view, and the decor.

Great view and location to restaurants!

Beds were comfortable and kitchen layout nice for spending time with family while in the kitchen. Convenient for doing laundry with little ones- the app allowed you to pay by Credit card! Overall a nice stay!

Great view and easy all around...

This condo, while older, has all that is needed for a terrific time at South Padre! The view is terrific and access to the beach is very easy. There is a tennis court very handy and a good pool/spa on property. The unit has all that is required and is clean. The kitchen and master bath are upgraded and the bed in master is new. This is definitely an older property and looks 'not so fresh' from the exterior, but we would definitely stay there again.

Amazing view!

This condo was beautiful, you can see the ocean as soon as you walk in! It was quiet and very clean! Communication with guest services was also easy and quick. Would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation

It rained a lot when we were there, because of that we woke up one night with our bed wet from the roof leaking. All in all we had a great time, the condo was a little dated, but that didn’t bother us. It had a perfect view of the water from the master bedroom and living room. We could hear the waves as we slept at night which was peaceful. It was an easy walk down to the beach as well. It was well stocked with toiletries and things we needed for the stay! They showers would be better with new shower heads, they had little streams. Other than that-we will be back we had a great time!

Golden Girls yearly trip

Beautiful view!!!

We absolutely loved the view and would definitely come again. The decor and master suite were very nice. The only negative was the second bedroom. Although it had its own bathroom which was much appreciated, the two beds were awful. The noise just getting in and out of them would wake the dead. The room was also very dark. Probably would work for kids but we are far from that. We gave the master bedroom to our guests.

Spring Getaway 2021

We had a great stay. The property was very clean and had all of the amenities we needed. The views are amazing and it is in a nice quiet location. I wish we had a vehicle since getting to destinations required a cab ride or golf cart rental but it was all part of the experience. Loved the restaurants in the water and all of the live music. We had a great time. Thank you for accommodating us.
