Large 3 bd 2ba sleeps up to 7 adults.
Two story home. Just a short walk to West Cliff. Cowell's beach, Municipal Wharf ,Boardwalk , and the Lighthouse Surf Museum. Hot Tub in a large private back yard.This home is on a cul de sac corner lot close to everything. The two downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. The larger room has three twin beds. The other room has sliding doors to the back yard and hot tub. This room has a queen bed. There is a large 2 car garage down a short flight of stairs from the first floor. The upper level has a large living room with windows and views of the wharf. There is a porch with a table and chairs alongside the living room to enjoy the ocean breezes. The dining area joins the living room and the kitchen. With a lovely dining table. Fully equipped and ready for a family meal. Large gas range and oven, stainless large capacity fridge. There is a pantry with enough shelf space to hide the s'mores ingredients.
The Master bedroom is on the far side of the upper floor. There is a balcony with table and 2 chairs overlooking the back yard and hot tub area. The west cliff wharf view is perfectly setup to relax and be with your family. There is enough room to have peace and quiet, and excellent common areas to get everyone together for BBQ's or lounge in the living room to watch a movie.
You will be able to walk from the front door to West Cliff Drive in under 3 minutes. The wharf is just another 5 minutes, and then you have the Boardwalk and Cowell's beach another couple of minutes from there. There are several wonderful restaurants on the wharf. During the summer months you will find salsa dancing and live outdoor music at the Ideal bar and grill located at the entrance of the wharf. There are also free Friday night concerts at the boardwalk. from June til September.
If you bring your dog there is a great walk the other direction on west cliff towards the lighthouse and surfing museum at lighthouse field. Mitchell's Cove has off leash hours for free running, and Frisbee. About a 10 minute walk to the lighthouse. West cliff drive takes you from the wharf all the way to natural bridges beach.

West Cliff Vacation

An excellent house and beautiful location, a short walk from both West Cliff Drive and the Boardwalk. The view from the balcony, with sea lions calling, was the ideal place to relax a day away. A perfect place from which to attend the Wharf to Wharf race! House itself was excellent, both comfortable and relaxing. Owners have it well-equipped, with everything needed for laundry, etc. Extra bedding and towels made the stay even more comfortable. In short, this is a great place to stay and well cared for by the owners. Loved it, and hope to return for next year's race!

Perfect West Cliff House

The house was a great value and great location, close to everything. House is well stocked with house supplies and toys for fun at the beach. Owner was great to work with and very accommodating. Thank you for the great stay.

For a house that sleeps 7 or 8 I fill like someone had cleaned out their camping dishes. Alot of small plastic cups. There were only 3 spoons and 4 steak knives that did"nt work well.. The couch was on the ground. Very low and hard to get on or off. Other than that it was a great week. We enjoyed it very much.

santa cruz boardwalk vacation stay

My family had a great time at this vacation house. The location is excellent and has a beautiful view from the upstairs living area of the ocean and boardwalk. The neighborhood was surprisingly peaceful and quiet, considering how busy the boardwalk was. The beds were comfortable, hot tub warm, backyard very nice area. The house is very casual and perfect for families. The host was very helpful when we needed her which was appreciated.

Great Location!!!

I spent 2 nights here with our friends and 2 dogs. The back yard was large and gave the pups some room to run around while we BBQed. Location is great as it is a few minute walk to the board walk. The only thing I saw that could use a little work was the cleaning outside in the backyard. Lots of spider webs, grill and table were fairly dirty as well so I took the outside hose and cleaned it up some. Otherwise though we had a great stay and Jewlia who rented us the home was very easy to work with.

Cutest Neighborhood, great house but...

We were pleasantly surprised with the location of this home. We wanted to be in walking distance of the boardwalk and this is the perfect location. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything. We had 2 families of 4 and the only thing that was a little disappointing is that the ad says this property sleeps 8, but it only sleeps 7 in beds. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers and one of the bedrooms has a King, One has a Double and one has 3 twins. In my opinion, you shouldn't count the couch as a bed unless it pulls out into a sofa. Other than that, this house has it all. It's a gem rental and we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home is a great location!

We were very comfortable in this lovely home. The location is awesome! We stayed for two nights and I wish we could’ve stayed another two. We enjoyed the jacuzzi every day after long walks in Santa Cruz.

Beautiful home tastefully decorated, everything you'll need and top notch location!

We took our family of teens and they loved this location! So close to the boardwalk and west cliff bike riding... add a jacuzzi and it was wonderful! Owners were responsive and helpful and we will definitely come again next year! Dog friendly home is well kept and we really enjoyed taking our small dog.

Really nice!

Our family of 6 adults and 3 grandkids (ages 2-6) stayed there for a 4 day weekend and we all loved it. The location is great - a short block from W. Cliff Dr and a couple of blocks from the stairs to Cowell's Beach. The Wharf & Boardwalk are walkable. The second floor layout is beautiful - spacious living room with views - open to dining area and kitchen - huge round dining table that fit the 9 of us. Master bedroom upstairs opens to narrow porch - huge comfey bed. Large backyard worked well for hosing sand off the kids. Nice hot tub - was respectably hot. The first floor hallways had a slightly cavernous feel, but no big deal - the bedrooms were nice. Overall: convenient, comfortable luxury.

Another memorable weekend in Santa Cruz...

This was our second stay at this beautiful home in Santa Cruz. The owners have made some nice upgrades to the home, and it still contains that same magic that was present the first time we rented. There is a good size backyard with a nice outdoor table and chairs, also has a very nice hot tub and fire pit! I went with my wife, and a group of our friends and had a blast. Jewlia was an absolute pleasure to work with and always is. She is very kind and accommodating, and we were also able to purchase the UFC fight during one of the nights. This home is extremely close to the beaches and the boardwalk, and is also located in a safe area that is free from sketchy individuals. We already can't wait to come back next summer, we consider this home our home away from home! I would strongly recommend this house to anyone who is thinking of visiting Santa Cruz.
