This is not a high rise. Private covered parking for two cars directly under the home. 40 unit beachfront complex with ocean views from every window. Front door to the ocean in one minute.

Just FEET away from the beach. Within walking distance to the heart of Gulf Shores on The Boardwalk, The Hangout, many restaurants and the shopping district.

The unit has a beautiful Nautical theme, of lighthouses and sailboats throughout. Enjoy a georgeous beach view from every window. The home has two balconies overlooking the beach, grass courtyard and pool, with chairs and a table. Relaxing to soak in the afternoon sun and fresh air dining are favorites on the balcony. The sunset views are amazing. The living room offers two sofas (one is a queen sleeper) with a side table, coffee table and a nice reading chair. Cuddle up and watch your favorite shows and movies on the flat screen TV, or use the provided Internet wifi hotspot and surf the Web or your kids fun gaming platform.

The large kitchen table accomodates 8 people. Enjoy home cooked meals? The kitchen comes fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, fridge, stove, microwave, sink with garbage disposal, 2 coffee makers, toaster, blender, serving dishes and can opener. If you prefer takeout, there are a number of restaurants that deliver to your door. If dining in isn't your thing, there is a wide variety of great restaurants in the area.

For added convienience, there is a washer/dryer tucked away in the nook near the kitchen and a half bath just off the kitchen area. A nautical rope lined stairwell leads you directly to your master suite, offering a king sized bed, a reading chair and table with a georgeous beach view.

Amenities include a chest of drawers, large closet with full length mirror, flat screen TVs with remote, two bedside tables, and a second private balcony with two chairs and a small table, to sit and enjoy a gorgeous view! The ensuite bath has a full size tub and shower. Just down the hall is the guest bedroom, providing a pair of twin sized beds, double closets, chest of drawers, nightstand and a corner window with beach views. The second bathroom is accessible from the guestroom as well as from the hallway. Providing another full sized tub and shower.

Great communication from owner. Any issues that arose were discussed with owner, who was unaware as no one had mentioned them. Views were great, location was great, walking distance to food, shops and venues. Looking forward to returning.

Gulfside Townhomes are a great family friendly place to stay. This unit was great and the owner took great care of us. Would highly recommend this unit.

Best location out there!!!

My family and I enjoyed this property so much!!!! The location is fantastic!!! For starters- you have your own assigned parking area beneath the townhouse. This parking area also doubled as our pool/beach gear storage (meaning- no sandy mess being inadvertently brought in every time you come inside!!!) You can be at the pool or beach in less than 3 minutes!!!! Amazing!!!! I’ll never stay in a high rise with 30+ min elevator lines again!!! The host(owner) is also wonderful. She gave us so many suggestions on places to visit and eat during our stay! She went above and beyond and I’m so grateful we’ve found our forever rental in Gulf Shores!!!

Our host Ms. Marni was so accessible and helpful. The condo was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with towels, dishes etc. The entire complex was very nice and well kept. Beach access was AMAZING! Very short walk to the beach. I was pleasantly surprised at how close we were to the beach/water. Overall great experience and we will definitely be back! The townhouse was cute & had the little things; like soap, 1 roll of toilet paper & paper towels, to get you started until you could go to the store. The access to the beach was easy & just right there. The owner was great & very very helpful through the whole process. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay. The town house is located within very short walk to the beach. The parking is great. Never have to fight for a spot and this area has many people trying to find parking. It was so nice to pull in and park under the town house. You can walk from the home to close restaurants. It was comfortable home with everything you need. We went on walks down the beach and it was so nice to leave everything behind at the town house knowing it was locked up safe. Bring beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels!!

Condo was clean and well equipped. A lot to do with in walking distance. Communication with owner was prompt. Nice pool area. Only negative for some would be accessibility. You park under condo and have to walk upstairs to the unit and bedrooms are up one more floor. Wasn't an issue for us but could be for some.

Property manager contacted me initially prior to check in to advise me of leaky roof lill dishwasher issue which we declined to have worked on during our stay since we would not be using it and the roof leak was minimal. I immediately contacted her about washer/dryer closet door down and she responded immediately to confirm the issue was prior to my stay. Great communication. Great location. Great vacation!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience renting this condo. The owner Marni is an absolute delight to work with. I thought the location was great, everything was walking distance.

Renting the property was easy and the owner replied on a timely fashion and was accommodating, this helped us make our decision to rent this place. Having the ocean right outside the townhouse was a bonus.

Disappointing

I'm trying to recall if I've ever left a negative review on VRBO before. Where to start? I bet this place was nice 20 years ago. Poor maintenance has taken it's toll. AC is insufficient. Little to no water pressure. Drier needs constant attention. The shower coming from the beach only worked 25% of the time. The sliding doors were inoperative, so it was difficult to go on the minuscule porch. I used the window to close the door after it fell apart. There's a public beach next door, and a high rise on the other side, so the beach was just slammed. The owner did offer to have someone come fix the sliding door, but I was unwilling to wait on them after they missed the first appointment. Disappointed, to summarize it.

Great last minute getaway.

The condo was great. Location was amazing, walking distance to many things. Access to the beach was about 3 minutes, no waiting on elevators!! The pool was a great size and fun to hang around. Kitchen had everything we needed. The grill could use an upgrade but it worked. Marnie, the owner was super, great to work with. Thnaks for a great trip to the Gulf.

This condo is a stones throw from the beach. When my daughter got tired of the saltwater we hung out by the pool instead. We had the best time ever. The location is awesome with the beach 30 steps away and several restaurants at walking distance.
