PERFECT

This aapt was perfect for what we needed. EVERYTHING within walking distance yet quiet. Fell asleep at night listening to the surf. The property manager John was excellent. We were having issues with the cable for SuperBowl Sunday ( operator error...aka husband. )John was having a party and without hesitation he came to address the issue. I apoligized and his response was " Thats what I do". We will be back.

Fantastic Location

If you're looking for a quiet condo, steps to the boardwalk and beach, and in the heart of the action, this is a great place to consider. Shops, restaurants, and pretty much everything you need is within easy walking distance. Close to the airport and major attractions too. would definitely stay here again, and we like to travel!

Off To A Bad Start. Nice Place. Left After Three Days.

My husband is on a walker. It was nice to know that there was an elevator from the parking garage to the floor the condo was on. However, I should have asked if it was handicapped accessible, as there was no ramp from the front of the building, to the boardwalk area. Five steps down from the building to the walkway.

San Diego Family Vacation

My family of three had a lovely stay. The property was just as described and was in the perfect location. Just steps from the beach and within a very short walking distance to coffee, restaurants and shops. We loved sitting and listening to the waves out the window. All the sites we visited were a very short drive from here but we also enjoyed spending time walking and exploring the local area.

Great overall location... needs some help in the kitchen if you care.

We have used these condo locations multiple time for the past 20 years. We love the location, ease to the pool, BBQ grill out back, convenient wash off out front, gated parking, easy want to the beach, etc. But, there were some reasons why this specific unit didn't get a 5 star from me. 1 - Not a breeze unless you leave the front door wide open (with no screen) This was the first time we were facing the south side instead of west side (ocean view). We sure appreciate all the fans as the ocean breeze doesn't get to you. A couple of hot nights sleeping. 2- The kitchen dishes were lacking. I was there with kids so we need plastic (plates, bowls and cups) and not so much glass and wine glasses. There was only 3 small spoons and a dozen big serving spoons in the drawer so that was annoying and not enough storage container options to cut up apples or carrots and take them in something to the beach or left over containers. So if you want to go eat out often, this is the place for you. 3- The fan in the bathroom doesn't work so with the humidity, it was hard to get any mirrors from fogging up in the shower. 4 - Beach chairs were so low to the ground. We would of preferred Tommy Bahamas like other places have. Besides those little things that bugged me, the place is great. This review is for anyone that is into details. I'm sure someone thinks I'm too picky but we will come back to stay but choose a different condo that accommodates our needs better.

Comfortable, Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. The property has most everything you need to enjoy yourself on the beach and stay. The gear is well worn, though. The apartment is large and accommodating. The only gripe we had was having to pre-clean on top of the cleaning fee we pay. You can’t really beat the location here either. Well within walking distance of other shops and beach stair access. We had to also search around for laundry as it wasn’t made clear in the listing, but could easily be mitigated by contacting the lister during allotted hours (we didn’t reach out). We would stay again if given the choice.

Right next to the beach and in the hub of the action - what more can you ask. Clean apartment with all amenities required for vaca - would recommend. John was a great host as well - helpful and communicative.

Loved it!

This condo was perfect for our stay. Comfortable bed, great shower, consistent Wi-Fi and in the perfect location for so many restaurants. It was perfectly clean and was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We could see the ocean from the living room and the walking path was right out the front door. We will be back!

This property is in the perfect location. Can see and hear (open window) the ocean! Parking is behind coded gate. Has all the things you would need to enjoy the beach (chairs, toys, boogie boards, ice chest, beach towels). And host John was just a phone call away.

This is a property located right on the beach in a busy area located next to many shops and restaurants. I give this property a 5 star review, in large part, due to the property manager. Communication was excellent. He was very helpful throughout the process. As for the unit, it was clean (the carpet and furniture were recently cleaned) and serviceable. It was equipped with everything we needed. And for being located in a "busy" area, it was quiet.

Nice unit in an amazing location

The location of the property is amazing. The complex is right across the walking path from the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants/attractions. We also thought it was a perfect location for driving to all of the other sightseeing we wanted to do around town. The unit isn’t overly fancy but it was kept up well and was exactly what we needed to enjoy our week long vacation stay. It was even a little bigger than we expected which was great with an energetic toddler in our group. The beach toys and chairs were a nice bonus for our stay as well. Although the unit is in good shape the rest of the building is a little rough. A lot of the common areas looked to be in a state of disrepair. It did appear that there were some ongoing major projects while we were there so maybe that will change in time. The underground parking was great to have as street parking in this area would be tough. Overall we were really happy with our stay and would definitely consider this property again in the future if we visited the area.

The entire place appears to be early 1980’s. The carpets were nasty, dirty and stained. The entire property was in disarray! Other residents told us both sets of stairs have been out of commission for more than a year! Other units on property appeared to have their interiors updated. Over priced for the conditions also! Unacceptable

Very comfortable, safe and clean. We watched the surfers from the windows quite often when not on the actual beach. Directions and detailed information sent to us were very helpful. Host was easy to contact and quite funny. We highly recommend staying here.

Nice location and steps away from the beach!

This rental has everything you need. Beach chairs, towels, fully stocked kitchen, parking and lots of room to relax. Although the location is wonderful I would probably not stay here again due to no air conditioning, not having a balcony and carpeted floors. I gave 3 stars to the cleanliness of property due to it being a really old building and there is carpet in the condo which in my opinion needs to be replaced with hardwood flooring but other than that everything is really considering this is a beach unit.
