Great Spot!

This was the perfect spot for my family of 4 to enjoy a vacation. It was clean, quiet, and provided everything we needed with close proximity to everything we wanted to enjoy in the area. The owner was very communicative and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to use this property again for a vacation.

Delightful family accommodations

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sunshine Beach House. We were so comfortable the kids opted to spend an extra day around the house and the beach instead of going to Disney or Universal. Some of our favorite things, in no particular order:Great communication by BobNightly hot tub soakGolf cart ride to the beachPlenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, etcThree full bathroomsComfortable living roomOutdoor showerThe house was well supplied and clean. The ac worked great. It was really a great place. I’ll be sure to stay here again when we are back in the area.

Great House

Perfect place for us to stay while in town for a softball tournament. We didn’t even get a chance to really take advantage of everything this place had to offer. Definitely will try to stay here again.

I want to stay there again!

This property was AMAZING!!! Contact with owner was immediate and positive. Located in the middle of where we needed to be. Clean. Safe. Fun!! I hope to go back there.

An Absolutely wonderful visit

Sunshine House was spotless and within walking distance of a very uncrowded beach. We were there with our son, daughter in law and 2 and 4 year old grandsons. They loved playing in the sand and the waves and when we walked home, were just as happy with the back porch, a bowl of water and toys. Bob was a wonderful host.

USSSA Space Coast Complex

Bob's house is awesome inside and out. This house is near everything you need, restaurants, grocery store, gas station, and the beach. My son played baseball at the Space Coast Complex which was 20 mins away. Bob was quick to get ahold of if we had any question, If we ever visit this area again I will definitely book this place.

Baseball Tournament

This is our second time staying at Bob's house for a baseball tournament at The Space Coast Complex. We will always stay at this house due to the location. The beach is a block away, 3 min walk, Publix is half a mile away, and restaurants are less than half a mile away which we walked to Goombays one day for lunch. Bob is very responsive and always available for questions and quick to reply. Quite neighborhood with not a lot of traffic. Everything worked as normal in the house and he gave us a welcome gift as well. 100% recommend this home for a family vacation. Thanks again Bob!

Amazing

This property is amazing. Bob is great to work with. We had some flight issues(canceled) and had to end up driving 25 hours to get there. He made it so checking in was the last thing i had to worry about. The house it self is great, so many small things make it great. When its 100 degrees outside and you walk in and the beautiful terrazo floors are cold on the feet. To the refrigerator outside to hold all the extra things. The garage full of beach toys. The golf cart to help get the family to the beach 1 block away. Nothing but positive for this place. Thank you Bob you helped make our vacation everthing we wanted when the airlines were not!!!

Spring Break 2023

This was a great location and accommodation for myself, husband, 15 yr old daughter and my 92 yr old father who stayed for a few nights with us. We had plenty of space. The house is in walking distance to a great beach that was not crowded and had plenty of beach supplies (chairs, mats, toys, umbrellas surf and boogie boards). The outdoor shower was great for coming back and rinsing off to get in the hottub or come inside. The house has 3 full bathrooms with two of them being attached to larger bedrooms. These bathrooms were perfect for a beach vacation-spacious, light, floor that drains into the shower and lots of handicap handles. The kitchen was also very well equipped. TVs in every room if you are interested in spending your time in Florida watching TV. Truly, this is one of the best houses we have stayed in.

Great house

Best features: private but convenient, so many "toys" for use, thoughtful stocking of supplies so you don't need to bring much or buy, and don't miss the great Cuban bakery in the convenience store one block away.

Satellite Beach Vacay

The property was very pretty and meet our expectations. The golf cart, beach chairs, bicycles were just icing on the cake. The house was well appointed as was the kitchen. We truly enjoyed the screened in porch and outside areas. Everything was lovely.

Wonderful place for family with small children!

Stayed with spouse and two toddlers. Had a wonderful time! Street is quiet. Yard is fenced in. Host is incredibly helpful! Plenty of toddler safe fun, but also a hot tub and tiki area for adults after hours. 10/10 would recommend!

Fun place to stay

This house is great. Bob has provided every possible indoor and outdoor amenity. In the garage are beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, etc., as well as a cart for the 1 min trip to the beach across the street. The beach itself it very private, a little ways up from the large Satellite Public Beach. The house is well cared for and very clean. It was a fun stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Review from Family Vacation

Overall really enjoyed our stay. Only concern is the "back room" that is set up as an extra TV/family room is VERY musty and seems like it could possibly be molding. We never went into that room due to the smell and concern. The other thing that was a bit of an issue is the VERY bright EXIT light in the bedroom with king size bed. It lights up the entire room and there didn't seem to be a way to turn it off. The kitchen, living room and other bedrooms were very nice. The location was great and just a very short walk to the beach.

Perfect House for our Family of Four

This house is in the best location, one minute from the beach and the neighborhood is family friendly. Robert is very nice and answered any question we had quickly. We will be coming back to Satellite Beach and when we do we will stay here. The house and the yard an very well maintained and you feel like you are in your own oasis. From a kids perspective: This place was amazing, I enjoyed the hot tub and the backyard. I loved this house especially the golf cart.

Nice weekend

The property was clean and well maintained. Furniture really needs to be updated and there are so many exterior doors it’s kind of creepy when you aren’t used to the house or the area. The exit sign in one bedroom is a little much- the red light at night takes some getting used to. Didn’t realize the house was right in the round about. On a positive note, the house has everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
