Downtown is only 20 minutes away. Located near APPLE and other major employers. Less than 10 minutes from the DOMAIN. Easy access to MOPAC, LOOP 1 and HWY 183.

This home a peaceful oasis with fireplace for cool evenings. Gourmet kitchen. . . Gas range and oven, all stainless steel. Large granite bar to eat/serve from as well as center island. We have the home professionally cleaned and sanitized after each rental.

Wonderful place

Would happily return
We thoroughly enjoyed the home and the hospitality of the owners. The only negative was no fault of their own, but the neighbors enjoyed a very loud illegal fireworks display in the front yard New Years Eve and interrupted our sleep for quite a while. At least the Roman candles didn't set anyone's property on fire!

Great house to stay at for your temporary business in Austin
We rented it for our 3-week business stay in North Austin. Extremely convenient place for up to 3 individuals (so, three bedrooms). Very quiet and safe area. You will love it.

Beautiful, spacious home away from home
We stayed at the house for a month while work was done on our house. First off, Lisa and Stephen are wonderful hosts! Lisa even made a batch of cookies for us to enjoy when we got there. All the comforts of home are provided. And although there was not cable, we were able to watch everything we needed by connecting our ROKU. The house is beautiful, as well as the neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay!

Well appointed, spacious and comfortable. One thing, we did cook a little bit and the cookware could use one or two updates. Tiny thing, didn't change the experience at all.
