Before entering the home, you're greeted with a furnished screened-in front porch - a cool way to enjoy your morning outside complete with ceiling fan! Perfect for dropping off beach bags on your way in, or chatting with a beverage in hand, taking in the beautiful surroundings. Inside the home, crisp, clean interiors await along with hardwood floors throughout!

A professionally furnished living room features Smart TV and plush seating for 8, all carefully chosen with a designer's eye. The dining room opens to both the family room and kitchen, has seating for 8, while the breakfast bar sits 4 next to the formal dining table. Everyone can eat together!

A gourmet kitchen with high end appliances has all of the luxuries you need to make a delicious meal for your family and friends. Granite countertops, custom lighting, and carefully chosen touches make this kitchen a delight for preparing meals and gathering. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and other accouterments to make everything from a PB and J to Thanksgiving dinner.

Need to work while on 30A? A built in desk and chair is available near the dining table in a semi-private nook. The whole home wifi ensures no missing a Zoom call, unless you want to.

A bonus family room on 2nd floor is a great spot to get away with a book or for the kids to enjoy their own chill time. It is a classic space and ultra-comfortable. The room also turns into an additional sleeping space at night with a comfortable Queen sleeper sofa.
