When you walk in, you will find yourself in a sun-drenched home with windows and sliding doors that create a seamless transition to the outdoors. Newly decorated and painted clean and airy home in East Hampton on 2 acres. Just 5 minutes to the town of East Hampton and beaches, 10 minutes to Sag Harbor. Open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, large sundeck. Downstairs, you will find two bedrooms - one with two full beds that opens onto the deck and pool, and has it's own newly built bathroom with outdoor access. The other bedroom has a Queen-size bed and a separate newly built full bathroom. The Chef's kitchen is newly renovated with top of the line appliances and flat screen TV. A large living room and dining room with vaulted ceilings and slate fireplace enjoy views of the yard and woods through large, floor to ceiling windows. A breakfast room with tv and washer/dryer complete the first floor. Upstairs, you will discover a den with Queen-sized sleeper sofa and 46' Samsung flat screen TV and a large primary bedroom, sitting area, and ensuite master bath with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Outside, you will find a large pool surrounded by a wood composite deck, outdoor shower, Tennis and Basketball court, complete with outdoor furniture and a Weber Summit 6 burner grill.
All together, the house has 4 bedrooms, three full bathrooms, Chefs kitchen, large heated salt water pool, Weber grill, high speed internet, flat screen tvs, laundry room, bikes, children's games, dvds, ping pong table, pop a shot and deck furniture with seating for 10. Outdoor shower, Tennis and Basketball Court NO GROUPS, NO PARTIES WE PREFER FAMILIES OR COUPLES. THANKS! All household fees are included in the rental with the exception of Propane which is used to heat the pool. Propane is billed per usage after guests have checked out. Pool, Pickelball & Tennis closed November-April. Rental Registry# 16-908. ONLY weekly rentals in July & August Must speak to renters before finalizing 9172820191.

Perfect Hamptons Getaway

Our family spent a week here in July and fell in love with the property. The location was very convenient - no more than 10-12 minutes to multiple beaches, East Hampton village and Sag Harbor. The property itself was stellar, from the pool and tennis/pickleball/basketball court to the landscaping and well laid out and well stocked (games, towels, etc.) house. Owner was very responsive and super easy and work with. Will definitely come back for another stay.

Contemporary East Hampton getaway with a tennis/pickle court

Enjoyed a few days in this well-appointed modern house located about 8-10 minutes from town. We enjoyed the sun-filled big windows, deep couches and contemporary art that fills the space. Kitchen is very well stocked and the owners have thought of lots of playful and helpful touches. Added bonus to be able to bring our dogs, who loved the backyard and spending the vacation with us.

Great house!

Went for a cousins trip! Enjoyed the house it had all the amenities! Relaxed by the beautiful pool and spent most of the time exploring the Hamptons! Great host! We were warned about the quiet neighborhood and was told loud music was being played by the pool area. It was 4:45pm on a Friday so we didn’t think it was a problem. We respectfully turned it down. Other wise we had a great time.

NYE get away

We came here with another family, 4 adults and 4 children 4-6 years old. Everything was flawless. The house is very secluded and Jen the host was a breeze to deal with.

Great House!

Our family had an amazing stay at this property!! The house is in a great location and the heated pool and tennis court were perfect for all of us. We brought in a tennis pro to play with our 28 year old sons and give some lessons to their girlfriends. The host, Jen, is wonderful. She was extremely helpful before we arrived and when I had to reach out on a minor issue - the coffee machine broke - she responded immediately and quickly ordered us a new one. I would recommend this house to anyone who needs three bedrooms. The only issue is that the 4th bedroom does not have a comfortable bed.

Perfect for a family

We stayed here for 1 week with our 3 boys (15, 12 and 8) and small dog. It was super comfortable and our active kids very much enjoyed the pool, tennis court and basketball hoop. We had nice family BBQs on the deck at night. The location is quiet and relaxing and the host was lovely and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Quiet, Relaxing week in beautiful home.

Our family had a wonderful stay in this home. It was very clean, organized and exceptionally well-maintained. Great set-up for a single family, not intended for groups. We enjoyed the tennis court and exploring the many nature areas in this region. The neighborhood is very quiet, and allowed for a peaceful spring break. The house has a great location to the surrounding towns for food or walking around. The owner is very responsive and nice in the communications. Overall, we hope to return in the future.

Great Home = Wonderful Thanksgiving Break

This is a great house and piece of property. Myself, wife and three kids (girls 11 and 13, boy 9) stayed over Thanksgiving and everything was available to make our stay very enjoyable. Well-stocked kitchen with everything necessary to make a meal. Beds very comfortable. Nice selection of board games, including a lot of oldies like Mille Bourne and Battleship which my kids all loved. Plenty of room to stretch out. Tennis court and basketball court are amazing. Backyard is completely fenced in. I only wish we were here during warmer months to use the pool because it looks great! One thing to be aware of is that there are no TVs on the main floor; there is one in the main bedroom and one in the Den. We actually found this very nice to engage the family more with other activities, but some people may not like that. All in all a great experience. Would highly recommend and stay there again if the opportunity arose.

Contemporary in Northwest woods

Easy to get to in the woods. Pretty contemporary design, well furnished, modern kitchen and appliances. Clean, nice layout, on large property with pool and tennis court. Quite but not too secluded. Really has it all for a long weekend or week vacation.

Son's wedding in the Hamptons

Jen was a pleasure to work with both prior to and during our stay. From the welcoming flowers, everything was perfect. Nice property! Clean and modern. Great open floor plan.

We had a wonderful weekend at this property. My kids loved the basketball shooting game in the basement not listed in the description. The tennis court was in great condition. The house was very well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Jen the owner was very easy to work with and accommodating. I give this house my highest recommendation.

Family of 4

This was our third trip to the Hamptons and by far the best home we've stayed at! It's beautiful...modern and comfortable at the same time. It felt like we were in the middle of the woods, very private but located close to town and several beach options, all of which were easy to get to. The property itself has a wonderful flow, kitchen with every appliance you could imagine and an open floor plan. The pool is large and surrounded by lush plants and flowers and the tennis court is just a few steps away. The beds, couches and even the dining room chairs were selected for comfort but also of the highest quality. Has a luxurious vibe but also very practical and while there's a lot to do and see in the Hamptons, it's hard to leave this gorgeous welcoming property!

Perfect in Every Way

Amazing!!! My husband and I spent a week in this home and I am already dreaming of returning. Everything was truly perfect. The house was open, bright and immaculately clean; the pool was a perfect start and finish to any day. The owners were friendly and answered all of our questions. We couldn't have asked for anything more. I highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking for the best of the best.

Relaxing Perfection

My family and I arrived at the house to be happily surprised everything was even better than the photos. The house has a comfortable and relaxed feeling making our week long stay perfect in every way!

Work hard play hard. We are a family who love our getaways to the peace and quiet of East Hampton. Always active we take full advantage of all that the area has to offer no matter the season. In the summer we split our time playing in the surf of the ocean beaches of East Hampton and Amagansett, paddle boarding the many hidden inlets around Sag Harbor and the Northwest Woods and biking to Montauk.

Why they chose this property

If you want a home that is clean, with an updated kitchen, bathrooms, new furniture and no clutter this is the place for you. If you want a home where you are not on top of your next door neighbors this is the home for you. If this is a home that you will not treat the way you treat your own, than this is not the place for you. No shares, no groups...families please.
