Ocean block duplex located in the heart of Dewey Beach. Only a few steps from the Atlantic Ocean, close to Ruddertown, restaurants and shops.

Fenced in Side yard Roof top deck and second floor balcony with views of Ocean and Bay. Two outdoor showers.

First floor contains a large sunroom, living room,, kitchen, dining area and powder room. Second floor contains six bedrooms, three full bathrooms, balconies off three bedrooms. Two rooms furnished with queen beds, two bedrooms with 2 twin beds, one double/single bunk bed, one king bed with attached bath, 2 queen sleeper in living rooms. Sleeps 12-16. Five TVs, DVD, CD and WIFI available

Perfect for fun, relaxation and views

This house was wonderful. Plenty of space; very clean; views are awesome from the roof. Walking distance to everything we needed. We had everything we needed and more. The property manager is awesome—everything was PERFECT! We can’t wait to go back

Family Get Away

Second time renting this home for a family get together and it was an amazing weekend. Beautiful views, clean, great location and very attentive owner. Will definitely rent this home again and highly recommend

Family Weekend

Our family of 10, (8 adults and 2 children) stayed here over a weekend in March. The house was very nice. Well furnished, clean, nice bedrooms and bathrooms. A little more of what is at the house could have been included in the listing such as K-cup machine, beach chairs. It was nice we could bring our dogs although the side yard was a bit small and I was afraid they would jump the gate. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place...great time

Needed a place close to Rehoboth but didn’t want to stay I. Rehoboth.. Wanted to stay near the beach for some relaxing...couldn’t have been more perfect. This house was beautiful...the views were amazing; the house was soo clean...so close to so much fun —literally steps from the beach. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Very close to the beach and restaurants in Dewey. Great amount of space.

Generally clean. Some of the furniture was a bit beat up, but we didn’t mind. Great location. Really liked the rooftop deck over looking the town.

Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay, liked the close proximity to the ocean/beach. Enjoyed the upper deck of home a few nights too. Lots of room inside for all of us including a baby and a dog. Kitchen was well equipped. Owner was easy to reach and very accommodating. Nice bike ride to Rehoboth beach too!

Very Clean & Conveniently Located

Dave's home was great! He was very good at communicating what we needed to bring along well in advance of our arrival, and was prompt with check in instructions. The home was very, very clean and tidy. The upstairs is very spacious and there is ample bathroom space - perfect for a small group. The home is conveniently located and is in walking distance to many restaurants. Our stay was in December, so we were not able to utilize the balcony, but it seemed like an awesome feature. The home is also very close to the beach. Definitely recommended.

Perfect!!

Just leaving our Dewey weekend for my husbands 50th bday. Great home with everything you can ask for, even a small backyard area which was beautiful. Communication from the owner was always so quick and helpful. We hope to rent this home again. Bye Dewey we will be back!

Perfect Beachside Property!

We rented the property from 5/7/17 until 5/9/17 for a small bachelorette party hosted in the Dewey/Rehoboth area. The house is much larger than it looks from the photos, and so close to the beach! We were there during a very chilly and windy weekend so we did not get to spend any time on the roof deck, however you could see and hear the waves crashing on the shore. There were many bars and shops within walking distance (Dewey Beer Co. is a must visit!), but many were closed or had limited hours during our stay. We had no problem with bringing multuple cars as there was room for 5-6 vehicles, plus street parking. Kitchen had everything we needed, plus some starter cleaning supplies. Seating was ample and comfortable, plus lots of room to lounge and relax or dance and party! All in all this property is conveniently located, very clean, and roomy. We would rent this house again in an instant!

Perfect house with plenty of space

I hosted my daughters baby shower here. There was plenty of room for 20+ plus people and we even played games along with decorations and props. The very large sunroom leads into the kitchen/dining area so it's easy for everyone to be together. The rooftop deck was amazing for taking pictures as the sun set with ocean views in the back round. Great, big house - right by the beach

This house was great! We had a large group for a bachelorette party and we had plenty of space. It's super close to the beach, right around the corner from great spots like Starboard, and we loved, loved the roof deck. Would definitely stay here again.

Well appointed beach house on the beachfront block in Dewey

This is my favorite of all of the houses my family has rented in the Dewey/Rehoboth Beach area. This bright and cheerful 5 bedroom house, comfortable and beautifully decorated is perfect for a large family or a family reunion. There is a lovely screened porch with a wet bar and lots of room for eating and relaxing, another porch off the bedrooms and a rooftop deck! With 3 full baths and an outdoor shower there is never waiting in line for the shower after you enjoy a day at the beach just steps from the front door. This owner takes pride in his property and it really shows.

Fabulous Dewey House

We had a wonderful time at this property! It has great location to beach and everything in Dewey. It is well equipped and the sun room is a great gathering area. My family will be back for sure.
