Delray Beach is a lively and charming beach town full of boutiques, galleries, shops, restaurants, as well as a destination tennis center. The city offers all amenities and nearly two miles of well-groomed, easily accessible beach, parallelled by nearly two miles of boardwalk for walking, jogging, biking, or blading. Unit had beach chairs and umbrella. Or rent surfboards, jetskis, or kayaks! Scuba dive the Delray Wreck, or go snorkeling!
Delray Beach is situated between West Palm Beach 20 miles north and Fort Lauderdale 30 miles south. Miami is 50 miles south, and the area is served by these three international airports. No car needed in Delray!

Great area and home!!

We loved our stay and got to be at the home almost all of the time (since it rained the entire time)! April was great and talked with us frequently to help with things to do since the weather was terrible! She always responded quickly. We had no issues our entire stay! Loved the place!

Best Vacation Spot

This is our fourth time staying at this property! We love everything about it! The unit is beautifully decorated, stocked full of everything you need and always very clean! April is a wonderful host and she thinks of every little detail to make it a great stay! The location is perfect! It is a very short walk to the beach and one block away from Atlantic Ave. We really enjoy the convenience of being able to walk everywhere. All coffee spots, little shops and any kind of restaurant are within walking distance. Missing Delray already! We will be back next year😊

ADORABLE...LOCATION...PERFECT!

My husband and I just returned from our 10 day vacation in Delray Beach. This adorable beach themed bungalow was absolutely adorable and very inviting. Walking to the beach and to Atlantic Ave everyday was so fun! Having beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach bag and cooler available for beach days was so convenient. We never had to communicate with April only because we had zero issues with this VRBO. We enjoyed "happy hour" every evening on the patio recapping our day. A few tips for the next guest: There are no markets, grocery stores or liquor stores within walking distance. We did discover that the Vape and Beer store on Atlantic did sell beer and wine. Delray offers "Freebees" which is a little shuttle (free,but you need to tip). But you really don't need it as it really is a walkable town. When we did need to go further. We just ordered a Lyft and it would come within 3-10 minutes and cost around $5-$9 (plus tip). Lyft rides to the FLL airport was about $50 plus tip. There was no "surprise cupboard" with all the overstock from prior guests. No extra coffee, sunblock, shampoo, etc. So plan on buying all the extras like that. We did leave a stock of coffee filters. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! We will definitely be coming back someday!

cottage is perfect for de stressing. you can walk or run along the beach and get some sun. .enjoy Atlantic ave and the many options for coffee, food, sweets, farmers' market on weekends

Highly recommend

Have stayed here for many years now and it never disappoints. Excellent communication with April. The home is still first rate, very clean, comfortable and so close to the beach and the roof top bar at Opal and all the other restaurants that you can’t be disappointed. My only hesitancy in writing a 5+ star review is that I’ll have to start booking 18 months+ in advance! :)

Amazing location

Location was perfect - walking distance to the beach and to all of the Atlantic Ave restaurants. Place had everything we needed for an extended stay. Older property, but our unit was newly renovated and very clean!

I came to visit my son and his family but this rental provided a perfect get away. I was able to enjoy the beach, atlantic ave, and get to see family. The unit is exactly as advertised

Memorial Day Vacation 2023

The decorating was cute, perfect size for one person or a couple only in a nice location close to the beach and a short walk to Atlantic Avenue and restaurants right around the corner. There was an issue with a running toilet the entire time I was there that I did communicate to the owner right away about and she did nothing to accomodate me for on that. In addition, all of the floors were very dirty and I had to sweep them myself to feel comfortable and wipe things down/clean. WhenI mentioned this to the owner who is great at answering emails, she apologized and said toilet was being fixed after I left and that a new cleaning lady was starting after I left which did nothing at all for me There is no oven. No toaster oven even which should be added. I had to get creative with cooking. There needs to be some sort of stool in the shower for the ladies to be able to put their leg up on to be able to shave. There were old condiments in the cupboards that were way past the expiration dates. I had to check dates on everything and dispose of items so that I didn't get sick when cooking. This was my first vacation in well over two years so these things were disappointing to me to have to deal with. I guess I visited during the rainy season so I was dodging raindrops and flooding in the parking lot and could not get to the pool due to flooding/pooling water that surrounded it. If you're a pool person, this is not a great feature of the property. It's okay but not great.

My daughter and I loved our stay! Super clean and cute unit fully stocked with everything we needed (beach towels, chairs, laundry facility, even umbrellas!). We will absolutely return for another stay. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, shopping. It was perfect! April is an amazing host.

I’ve been coming to Delray Beach for the past 3 years and fell in love with the area. It’s so laid back and filled with fantastic people with a great vibe. I finally decided I wanted a little piece of the paradise in Delray, so I purchased my first property in a amazing location,,,,, so close to beach and walking distance to just about everything. I plan on moving here permanently in the near future. I LOVE IT !!!!!!!!
