Labor Day Break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were 90% satisfied with our stay at your beautiful condo until it was check out day. When stripping the bed in the master bedroom (which is something that shouldn't even be asked to do for the price of this unit) it was discovered that the mattress covering had a grotesque blood stain!!! Totally disgusted to think that all week we were sleeping on someone else's blood stain!!!! I took a picture if you'd like to see it! Also, please be more realistic when providing paper products to your unit. There were 6 people staying and the condo was only supplied with 1 almost used up roll of tissue for the master bath and 1 roll for the guest bath and 1 used roll of paper towels for the kitchen. There wasn't even a pot scrubber for washing dishes....REALLY!!!!! Hotels even supply your paper product needs for a fraction of the cost of this unit. For the quality and price of this unit....this really speaks volumes to how cheap this makes you all look! I know the paper thing sounds trivial but geez people at least supply whole rolls of paper products!!! On a more positive note>>>>> the views from the balcony were amazing. The kitchen was well stacked with cooking and serving utensils and dishes. The master bath was amazing! The pools and grounds were well groomed and very clean. The condo was very spacious, and our family was quite comfortable. Thanks for an enjoyable stay....minus the blood stained stuff!!! YUCK!!!!!

A wonderful stay
Very clean and comfortable condo. Management and maintenance are thorough and helpful at checkin. Beach was not crowded and a short level ramp ( no stairs) to access. We could use our own chairs/ umbrellas and there were setups you could rent. The location was excellent! Would stay here again!

Clean and well stocked with all the kitchen items that you need. Mattress was extremely comfortable. Our only issue was the dryer was broken, Sea Chase allowed us to use a dryer on the same floor so we did not have to go without. We will be staying here again very soon.

The condo was beautiful and had an amazing view! The location was convenient since Walmart and other shopping locations were across the road. There were multiple pools and hot tubs to use as well. I would definitely stay here again.

My adult children and grand-baby had the best time! Plenty of room to play, hang out, and lounge around. Everything we needed in the kitchen from a shrimp boil to spaghetti and meatballs! Ice maker was very handy. Master bath was beautiful and very functional. Balcony and view were about the best you can get!

We really enjoyed our stay. Unit is exactly as seen in photos and location is perfect. We were unable to tell from reviews or description of unit if there was a Keurig or a hairdryer. We are happy to report that there is a coffee maker & Keurig in the kitchen and hairdryer in drawer in master bath. We will definitely be back.

Family Vacation 2023
This unit was perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of room for all of us to lounge around and relax. The unit is beautifully decorated and very clean. It was wonderful having easy access to the beach and it wasn’t over crowded. The indoor pool was a huge plus when the kids still wanted to swim but the adults were done with the heat. All the outdoor pools and splash pads were clean and since there were multiple areas, not over crowded. Be sure and bring your own laundry soap, extra toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap but if you forget, there is a Walmart right across the street. The only issue we had was the tv in the master was messed up, but someone came by and told told us how to fix it. Overall we were extremely satisfied with our stay here and would definitely book this unit again!

Wonderful stay!
We loved our stay! The condo is just as pictured. It was so clean and beautifully updated. The beach didn’t feel too crowded which is a huge plus. The pools were fantastic. The only suggestion would be to get black out shades or curtains in the two back rooms. The lights from the shopping center prevent it from being dark at night and the sunshine woke us up at 6am. I would definitely stay here again.

Twin beds could be a bit more comfortable but we had adults in them rather than children so maybe that is why we found them not great. We would rent this unit again. Master bath is by far the most luxurious in all of SeaChase and we stayed in many other units. Book this 3 bed 2 bath. You will not be disappointed. Oh and air conditioner works great which is a plus. We did keep it super cool so afternoon sun would not affect temp and it was wonderfully cool.

Nice property - accurate to the photos and description. Would have been nice to have been told that we had access to the outside storage closet that had extra beach chairs and toys. Be sure to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels and laundry soap as none was provided. Clean condo, fantastic view of the beach, enjoyed having access to pools and the fitness center.
