This 1675 sq ft fourteenth floor three bedroom, two bath condominium offers comfortable, contemporary decor and beautiful panoramic views of the Gulf and the West tower pool from the master bedroom, living area, and wrap around balcony.

The fully appointed kitchen includes breakfast area, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Other features include 9 foot ceilings throughout, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed in this unit 4 times and enjoy it every time. I’ve left a good review before and will continue to highly rate this unit. I did want to leave constructive feedback on 2 specific items I hope can be attended to. The unit really needs a functioning deadbolt lock on the front door since it was switched to a keypad entry over a year ago. It doesn’t have that sense of security for parents while sleeping especially since guest/kids sleep near the front door. Also there was some new silverware and glassware in kitchen which was nice, but the pots and pans are thin, warped, and practically unusable. The benefit of having a kitchen away from home is fantastic, but actually cooking in it was often challenging and I don’t intend to bring my own pots and pans on vacation. Other than that it was very clean and well maintained as usual.

Beautiful property, not enough linens
We love Seachase and have stayed there many times. This was our first stay in this particular unit. The decor wasn’t very beach themed but was nice. They were kind of stingy with the linens though so be prepared to do extra laundry or bring your own!

The unit was very nicely decorated and well furnished. The beds were very comfortable as well as the living room sitting. At first I wasn't sure about the balcony furniture but it was very comfortable and it's height made it easier to view the beach. We totally enjoyed our vacation.

Terrific Getaway Location!
Spacious, clean, comfortable and well appointed condo. Great location within the building and on the beach. Although the interior does not have a casual beachy feel it was very cozy. The kitchen has everything you need! Its a corner unit so great balcony views! Walmart and multiple restaurants located directly across the street. The grounds are beautifully maintained and there are numerous amenities to enjoy. My only complaint is that the balcony furniture is just a pub style table and 4 chairs. It would have been great to have some more comfortable seating.

Comfortable stay
We enjoyed the beach views from the front and side balconies! The condo was clean and clean comfortable. The WiFi and cable service inside the condo wasn’t great and the jacuzzi tub in the master bath didn’t work for us. Other than that we loved it and would stay again !

Awesome Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was spotless when we arrived. Beautiful views. Loved how high up it was, and the west tower seems to be less traveled than the others giving it additional privacy. Really like how the corner unit is laid out, providing a perfect balance of privacy but also phenomenal window views of the ocean. We started every day with coffee on the balcony, watching the ocean and dolphins. And then down to the beach, followed by a swim in the pools. We normally prepared our own breakfast and lunch in the condo's kitchen, and then ordered carry-out food from several nearby restaurants for dinner (Cosmo's, Rotolo's, Cactus Cantina, Big Fish - all great). The walmart across the street was always really well stocked for quick grocery runs. We went on a couple of nearby dolphin cruises, and went out on the beach at night to look for crabs. Family of 5 with 3 young kids (ages 4-9)... all had their own beds. They loved everything about it and had a great time. It really felt like a vacation but with the conveniences and comforts of home. We kept up on laundry during our stay and came home with less to do before returning to normal life.
