This unit provides two dedicated parking spaces, allowing you to park upon arrival and explore Dewey Beach on foot. Rehoboth's boardwalk and dining spots are a short trolley ride away, and Tanger Outlets are just a 10-minute drive.

Perfect family beach week!

What a great home! Plenty of room. Screened porch was perfect for meals and just hanging out. Having the beach wagon available was a huge plus and the little pool was perfect for the 16 month old on the beach! Our family group of 5 adults and 5 children, plus one dog, made some lifelong memories and we are already talking about next year!

Excellent house!

We had a great time here! The owner was very easy to communicate with and made sure our stay went well. The house accommodated us extremely well and was very close to the beach. Highly recommend this property!

Amazing Stay

I really enjoyed my stay at this house. It was updated, clean, perfect location, and had lots of space! I love going to Dewey Beach and this place made it even more enjoyable. The rooftop deck was spectacular and a beautiful way to see all of Dewey. Communication with Heather was always easy and quick! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Great Location

Our First trip to Dewey Beach summer 2024

The home was perfect everything was exactly as pictured and more ! Heather was great to communicate with! We were amazed with all the beach chairs , wagon , toys etc . That were there to use . We loved the deck of the kitchen to enjoy breakfast! The kitchen was well equipped down to cinnamon and vanilla for our French toast ! I will definitely return to. this oasis

Great long weekend getaway stay at a great beach house!!!!

Awesome beach house for a long weekend getaway!! Fantastic views of the ocean and plenty of space to sleep our extended family. The beach house had everything we needed. We will definitely be planning our next stay for next summer with our family. I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to be right next to the beach. Wonderful Beach Getaway

Great property just steps to the beach and with convenient access to the highway to get to nearby towns with good restaurants and shopping. Heather was so nice and on the spot with communicating. The house is very comfortable and plenty of space for even a couple of families to spread out. We will be back !

We would do it again

We had a great time. The accommodations were very comfortable and Heather was a perfect hostess. She was very responsive to us and our needs. My only criticism is that perhaps it could have been a little cleaner (but even that Heather was willing to address immediately). We would stay again and recommend Heather as a hostess to others.

Wonderful vacation home!

This property was perfect for us. We had six adults and four young children. There was plenty of room for all of us. We were able to spend time together as well as find quiet places to relax. The location was perfect...no streets to cross to get to the beach, just a short walk. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups, etc. The property owner was so nice and very responsive with any questions I had prior to our stay. I would give this experience all the stars possible!

Family fun

We stayed here for our annual family vacation and it was definitely a good choice! Heather is a very responsive host, replying to messages within minutes. The condo is in a great location. Steps from the beach, restaurants, and the other side of the island. With 3 floors it was easy to spread out. The kids played downstairs and the adults got to relax. There are a ton of balconies with outdoor furniture to sit and relax. The beach was beautiful and clean with lifeguards.

Dewey Family Vacation 22’

We just returned after a week stay at this awesome beach home. Heather was very responsive from the moment I booked until the day we left. This home was perfect for our family of 8 and 2 dogs. Very spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The many decks are were so nice to have and the rooftop deck was great for the 4th of July. We loved this end of Dewey as it’s a little more quiet but still so close to everything. Can’t beat the proximity to the beach. Heather, thank you again for such a wonderful stay and offering a “pet friendly “ home. We hope to be back next summer!

Beach Living at it's finest

Had an amazing time!

We went with my family (mom dad brother and two friends and my two kids 4 and 1) to celebrate my sons 4th birthday and Fourth of July. We were on the rooftop to see the rusty rudder fireworks and it was incredible. The house is clean and convenient, a few of us had to work remote on some days and we were able to find private enough locations on the many patios to have meetings etc. The house itself is very convenient and the location is unbeatable, easy walk to the beach especially with littles, easy walk to bars for nightlife and convenient store. Heather (the host) was incredibly accommodating and helpful with instructions and recommendations. She was super communicative and welcoming as well. All in all it was a near perfect stay and I highly recommend. We hope to come back. if I had to make a suggestion it would be to update some of the dressers (at least in the bottom big room) because I didn’t have enough drawers for me and my two young boys but it really wasn’t an issue.

Our new favorite

Everything about this property was perfect for our group! We’ve stayed at many different rentals throughout the years in Dewey and I really think this was our favorite. With several of our young adult kids and their significant others, the layout worked great for us. We loved all the decks/balconies too! So relaxing in the early morning or late night to sit outside and listen to the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed and the extra mini fridge is an amazing idea for extra drinks. Even down to something as simple as having all the light switches labeled, great idea! The location was fabulous-steps from the beach and close to everything Dewey has to offer without feeling like you’re in the middle of it. Beds we’re comfortable, showers were hot (even with all of us showering within a short time), a/c was cool-what more could you ask for? Thanks for a great week in Dewey!
