Bayfront Gem
We normally stay in St Petersburg but this condo looked quite nice for the price. The complex is immaculate and the complex amenities exceed any condo complex I’ve ever stayed in Pinellas County. The view from John’s condo is beautiful, and can be seen from 2 angles as it’s a corner unit. The condo was very clean with noticed details for a guests arrival. John himself was very nice and always available. I was a little worried about traffic on US 19 but never had an issue. However if you would be traveling to St Pete a lot it’s probably wise to get a surpass as the new fast track to St Pete is a toll road.

By far the best VRBO property we have stayed at. The condo was immaculate and is furnished with all the comforts of home. The location is spectacular right on great Tampa Bay. Gorgeous sunrises! Fantastic clubhouse and pool! The host John goes out of his way to make your stay comfortable. We will definitely come again!

If you want a great view, relaxing walks along the water, tastefully decorated condo and inspiring sunrises, this is the place. The homeowner attention was impeccable.

The place is beautiful. Very clean. Absolutely no complaints. Even better than the Pictures. John was always available if needed. Stayed there for a total of 5 months and would definitely seek this place out again on my next stay.

Spectacular Sunrises and water views
This was a wonderful place to spend the winter months in comfort and lots of sunshine. The Condo was clean, beautiful, well furnished and as advertised. The owners John and Deb were very accommodating, responsive and helpful. The Condo overlooks the Bay and the 17th hole of Cove Cay Golf Course making the view spectacular. I would be somewhat remiss if I did not point out that the Condo is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator.I am 79 and this was not as issue but it was challenging. I have renewed my lease for next year.

This unit truly boasts the ultimate views in the Grand Venezia Complex. The condo has been cared for meticulously and provides an amazing value for a 30 day or longer stay. The owner lives less than 10 minutes away and is extremely responsive and helpful with any assistance required. Central to everything imaginable within the Tampa Bay Area.

What makes this property unique

Inside the gated community is a Coastal walking path (approx. 1.5 miles long) that surrounds the property and hugs the beautiful shoreline of Tampa Bay with spectacular views all day especially at sunrise. The path is well lit at night with patrolled security.
