This was a great stay. Right on King street, close to all the activities but still private and quiet enough. Very clean and probably the best stocked with supplies VRBO we've stayed at. Perfect for a couple. Walkable to everything including the aquarium and the Fort Sumter ferry. Do yourself a favor and don't rent a car. Much better to walk and Uber everywhere.

Beautiful city!
We loved the studio! Very comfortable & great location! The only thing that could be improved is more hot water & water pressure. We'd stay here again.
Location of this rental is very convenient and is right in the middle of King street surrounded by shops and restaurants. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted. Parking is in a garage about a block away. We absolutely loved the historic charm of this rental! It had everything we needed and more! Ashley was very helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for Downtown Charleston Visitors
This was our first time to charleston and the perfect spot! You are right smack dab in the middle of all the shopping and have easy access by foot to where you want to go. It's above a really well known store worth visiting and has plenty of space for two people. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay while in Charleston that's not a hotel!

Excellent location and beautiful room!
We found a gem in the ideal location with a room that was everything we were looking for. I would highly recommend staying at this property on king street. The unit is well decorated and looks as though it has been recently renovated. If you're looking shop, eat (we're foodies) and take in the history of the city (you won't need a car) then you've found the right place. Something I don't think that is noted... There is an open/outdoor area outside of the unit where you can sit, read or just enjoy the breeze.

Won't write this review if I could return frequently....
Because I would prefer this gem be kept under the radar. But since Charleston isn't on my frequent visitor list, I will join the other reviewers and let everyone know how perfect this was for our anniversary weekend. Great location, everything in the room was first class. Don't worry about noise - it's in the back and very quiet at night. If I had occasion to travel to Charleston on business, I would definitely book this - way better than a hotel room. If you have a car, it will cost you an additional $16 a day to park at a lot a couple of blocks away.

Great location!
We enjoyed our stay in Charleston very much! The location of this studio apartment is within walking distance to everything. We also loved the decorating and the bed was very comfortable. There was a noticeable musty smell within the apartment and on our last morning the water pressure in the shower was not very good. The thing that surprised me the most was that there were no toiletries. We use VRBO quite frequently and this is the first place where we had to go around the corner to Walgreen's to purchase shampoo, conditioner and soap. I would think these would be provided, as even low-end hotels make these items readily available.

Perfect location; very comfortable
This apartment is just perfect. My husband and I stayed there for 4 nights this month and it was extremely comfortable and is in a very convenient location.. The bedroom has two closets with hanging space and shelves, so we were able to put away our clothes and not have them all over the room. The kitchen is completely new and very well-equipped, including a washer/dryer. The bathroom is large and there are lots of towels. The bed is very comfortable.
I typically am always a little warm in Charleston and the various hotels' A/C never quite keep up; however this apartment also has a ceiling fan, which with the A/C, made for a totally cool room, even though it was a really warm weekend.
We really enjoyed staying in this lovely place and hope to book it again. My husband pronounced that this is where he always wants to stay when we visit Charleston.
This was a wonderful property in the middle of Charleston within walking distance of almost everything we wanted to see. We didn’t need to rent a car and between walking, the DASH bus system and Uber we got everywhere we wanted to go.
My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend. It was everything we wanted and more. The location was fantastic, right in the middle of everything but quiet at night. Ashley was super helpful and quick to respond. We will definitely be back!
My husband and I just returned from a 3 night getaway....we had an awesome time. Ashley was a wonderful help answering any of my questions...her place is exactly what we needed! Would definitely return! K. Allen
Location could not have been better-right in the middle of all the activities in Charleston and especially convenient to TD arena and the College of Charleston. Immaculate, comfortable, attractively decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay.
This property was everything and more! It is in the perfect location to be able to walk to all of the shops, restaurants, market and harbor. It was stocked with everything you could need, even beach towels that we used for a day trip to Folly Beach. Clean and well-kept with a comfy bed! The owners are very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend to anyone looking and would rent here again next time we return!
The location is amazing. The apartment was clean and very cute. Would stay there again and recommend to anyone checking out Charleston.

The owners are Ashley & Batu Aytore. They own and operate the antique shop below the apartment for rent. This is very convenient, as we are usually around to handle any questions you may have.
Why they chose this property
This building has been in the family since 1991 and we feel as we own a little slice of heaven here in Charleston.
What makes this property unique
We think the most wonderful thing about the apartment is the location. It is conveniently located for shopping, antiques and lots of fabulous restaurants. Walk everywhere.... Forget you own a car!!!
