A quiet and convenient spot to stay while you are enjoying the Bluegrass State. Within walking distance of Masterson Station Park with over 600+ acres. Close to the Kentucky Horse Park, Red Mile Racetrack, Keeneland Racetrack, the Lexington Airport. Just 10 minutes from Downtown Lexington and Rupp Arena, 15 minutes to Kroger's Commonwealth Stadium. A great place to stay while exploring the Bourbon Trail. Comfortable brand new beds and memory foam mattresses with crisp clean sheets that are laundered and taken to the dry cleaner to be ironed before each new guest. The quilts and duvet covers are all freshly washed and dried as well. We also provide nightstands, reading lamps with convenient bedside USB charging stations in each bedroom. Easy access to a plethora of restaurants & a 24 hour Kroger supermarket w/ a Starbucks inside. Fully equipped kitchen w/ stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator w/ ice maker, Keurig hot beverage machine with a variety of K-cups for your enjoyment, a toaster, pots & pans, crock pot, plates & utensils. Full size washer & dryer with detergent & dryer sheets. Enjoy playing cornhole in the spacious fenced in backyard. Kick back and relax out on the large custom built patio table large enough for 8 adults. The large stone fire pit provides another spot to enjoy at the end of the day.

Thanksgiving stay

This house was comfortable and clean. In a quiet neighborhood. The host helped with questions and stocked the house with essential items. Convenient to the airport also.

Clean, quiet, great location

Highly recommend this property when visiting Lexington. Julie is a fantastic host and photos are exactly as described. Great location with restaurants, Walmart, and Kroger within 10 minutes.. very little to no traffic in this area which was refreshing compared to other parts of Lexington. We would definitely stay again!

Kentucky Vacay

We came to Kentucky for the first time to attend Breyerfest 2023. My husband, daughter (age 12), myself and our spunky Boxer puppy stayed at this cute house. Julie was fantastic at communicating with us. The location was perfect for our touring needs as it was no more than 30 - 40 minutes from all the attractions we were interested in seeing, and only 15 minutes from Kentucky Horse Park, where the festival was held. It was so nice having a fenced in backyard for the dog. My daughter loved having her choice of two bedrooms, and I certainly appreciated having access to a washer/dryer, Keurig Machine, and all the other appliances that made it feel like home. After hearing many other tourists complaining about how overcrowded the hotels were due to this festival, I was super thrilled that we made the choice to book through VRBO and chose one of Julie's properties. We will definitely go this route again, and recommend you do the same.

Great Lexington Vacation Home

Thanksgiving in Lexington

We had a wonderful time making our turkey dinner in this cute rental home. It was perfect for our family and fur babies with fenced yard. Good location for Bourbon Trail too. Clean with comfy beds, well equipped.

Well equipped house

First time in Kentucky

My daughter had a horse show at KY Horse Park. Her fiancé, aunts and I decided to go watch since we’d never been there and chose to rent a house. The property we rented was immaculately clean and well furnished in a quiet neighborhood. There was a slight mixup upon arrival but the property owner quickly responded to my call and easily rectified the issue. Strongly recommend this property.

We day tripped from here and this was a great location to go to KY horse park, Louisville, and Ark Encounter. Property owner was very fast in responding and getting an item in kitchen that was missing we needed. Highly recommend.

Sightseeing in Lexington

This property was great and is located within easy access to downtown Lexington for sightseeing. Property owner is very responsive to an AC issue. Plenty of hot water for 4 people taking showers in the morning!

Cozy Thanksgiving

We met friends here for Thanksgiving. It was the perfect rental for 2 families of 4. She had all the extras that we forgot stocked like bar soap, baking pans, and a few other kitchen utensils that you normally wouldn't find in a rental. There were also plenty of towels and linens. We had a great time exploring the local area and Louisville as well.

Cute and comfy

The beds were extremely comfortable! Extra essentials in bathrooms was a fantastic touch! There were a few items left in fridge that weren’t necessary (fast food items) but easily thrown away. We didn’t get to enjoy backyard as we were gone most of the days into the night...great place. I would stay again!
