Lake Winnisquam Rental Cabin

The cottage is a seasonal rental beginning mid- May through mid - October.
The cottage is part of a Condominium Association formerly Phillips House Condo Association. This cottage is a well kept 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom summer vacation rental. It is perfect for families or small group looking for a relaxing time in New Hampshire's Lakes Region. The cottage comfortably sleeps 7 offering 1800 square feet of living space. The cottage has a large screened in porch with a lovely view of Lake Winnisquam and a large kitchen with full size appliances. Bed sheets and towels are not included but mattress pads, duvet covers and blankets are supplied. The cottage is part of a private condo association and requires no guest visit other than those on the reservation (strictly enforced). The cottage is nestled on 9 acres of common space directly on the shores of the lake. It is on the last cove of Lake Winnisquam so it is quiet with not a lot of boating in the cove other than from those that live on the cove so it is perfect for swimming. We have a dock that can accommodate 4 boats but it is shared with the other condo cottages on the property (7 other cabins). We have the potential to reserve one slip per cottage weekly if not previously booked by another cottage. Day moorings are available but again it needs to be scheduled in advance. Needless to say it is first booking first served. The property is secluded off of Route 3 so it is quiet and relaxing. There is a lot of activities to do in the NH Lakes region aside from playing at the lake. Come check us out! If you Google Street View - you will see the access road down to the cottages # 8 is at the base of the access road closest to the lake. The cottage colors are grey and red, If you look down you will see hints of them.. Cottage 8 is closest to the Lake. Come and enjoy, once you rent, you will want to come back every year to recreate the fun and family bonding that happens. It is transforming and a relationship building vacation.

Great getaway

Lake Winnisquam Vacation

Great location with a great sandy beach for the kids to play on the beach, a launch point for the kayaks and a dock for our boat. Everything we needed to make it a memorable vacation!

Another great week

We've been staying here for a few years now and it never disappoints. Great spot to relax and unwind. Private beach in a quiet little cove for swimming, fishing, paddleboarding. We always hate to leave and can't wait until next year.

Wonderful spot!

When we walked into the cabin we were pleasantly surprised withe the layout. Perfect set up for our family. Not a long walk to the beach at all. The grounds are kept clean. But the best of all was the lake itself. Just breathtaking….the cleanliness, the view was spectacular. Will be going again.

Family vacation

My husband, kids (ages 10 and 7), and I stayed at this cabin for 6 nights/7 days. The cabin is comfortable, clean, charming, easily accessible to Lake Winnisquam, shopping essentials, and many of NH's best sites. We had a wonderful time and having this lovely home-base to return to at the end of a day of sight seeing or space to spend the day relaxing, was perfect. Best of all was the owner, Adelaide, and her pup, Caly. Adelaide was quickly responsive to all of my correspondence leading up to our stay and checked in with us during our stay. She demonstrated the perfect balance of attentive while giving us space to enjoy her cabin. My family and I are grateful for such a lovely vacation.

Another year another great stay!

We have been renting this cabin for years and it never disappoints. It has everything you will need for a relaxing vacation. From fans to dishes silverware cups ice maker and margaritaville machine your good to go from when you step through the door. There’s Wi-Fi a great tv and large family room for entertainment on rain days as well as endless shopping nearby. There is a canoe, great beach, unbeatable water and raft to swim to on sunny days. The cabin is tastefully decorated always comfortable with plenty of seating for a large family and extremely clean. We have never had an issue after many years of renting, this is truly a hidden gem we are grateful for!

Awesome spot!

Great place to stay right on the lake. The cottage was clean and the layout was perfect for two small families to have their own spaces. The best part was being right on the lake with a dock to put the boat.

Labor Day Weekend!

We have been staying at this cabin every Labor Day weekend for a decade and it never ceases to amaze us!!! It’s constantly being updated and well taken care of. Great place to relax by the lake and enjoy the surrounding areas.

Well laid out and clean , everything thing you could need to cook . Nice screened porch for family game time .Great beach and wonderful lake to kayak. Even the internet was great if you need to keep up with the outside world . Owner very responsive to any questions..

Highlight of the yr for our family

This Cabin is the highlight of our large family’s yr. The cabin has plenty of room and entertainment for rain days and the beach and lake is beautiful on sunny days. It is the perfect getaway but still being close to everything you could ever want as far as shopping restaurants and entertainment. The cabin is always immaculate and check in is a breeze you couldn’t get a better host! We look forward to the next year the day we’re leaving and probably everyday in between. Thank You

Finally returned for a visit

Did not disappoint. First time back in 7 years and everything felt the same. Some updates on the cabin, but not too much to change the old feel. Great getaway cabin. Private beach is a definite plus! Felt like we returned home after a long trip. Renting was easy, contacting owner brought a quick response. Totally enjoyed our stay. I personally recommend this cabin. Tons to do in the area as well

Winnisquam Vacation

We had a wonderful week, loved the cabin; it was very peaceful and relaxing. Not a fan of Roku TV because we couldn’t watch the Red Sox but everything else was great. Would definitely stay there again!

Great Family Vacation

We had a great time! House was clean and plenty large enough for my family of 6. The beach was clean, water was clear and yard was nice and large. Close enough to lots of things to do. Very quiet and peaceful. Would definelty visit again!
