Beautiful 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom Condo located on the Famous Inverrary Country Club. My home is personalized to delight your relaxation. Enjoy the view of the course below from my Penthouse Suite during the day and the Skyline of Fort Lauderdale at night. Beaches are less then 25 minutes away and some of the best restaurants are only minutes away. Located minutes away from Downtown Fort Lauderdale, Las Olas, Sawgrass Shopping and some fantastic beaches.

Note: There are flat screen TV's in each bedroom and flat Screen TV in the Living room in front of the couch.

This was our first time with vrbo and it was a great experience. Mark was easy to get in contact with for questions. Check in was smooth and his instructions were precise. The condo was as advertised and fit our needs exactly. We would return next year if time allows.

Love the Penthouse

Mark was a very good host. The location was perfect for all that we had to do and helped to make our grieving process more bearable. We were in Fort Lauderdale for a funeral service. I would stay at Mark's Penthouse again and recommend it to others.

We enjoyed our stay especially the pool area and the trip to the boardwalk. It was easy to park and beds were comfortable. No problems with anything. I even used the iron and ironing board. Thanks for letting us visit

The location was very dated for what the host was charging. Cleanliness was definitely a concern, dwelling didn't smell inviting coming in.

First of all, Mark (the owner) was a very nice and pleasant person. The condo wasn't exactly what I was expecting but close enough. It looked bigger and cleaner in the photos. We had to change several light bulbs because they were burnt out, the bed in the master bedroom was very hard and there was no extra toilet paper. These are just minor things.All and all, the condo worked fine for our week long stay. Our children had a great time.

December was rainy

The condo is located on the 8th floor of an older resort-style complex. There are multiple buildings; each having ~150 apartments and a pool. This is an ideal location if you want to play golf. A temporary pass can be acquired to make use of the larger community pool, gym with machines, yoga classes, and library. The view at night from the apartment toward downtown Fort Lauderdale is pretty. It stormed during our visit, and the storm shutters across the balcony rattled a lot. The king mattress in the master bedroom is very firm, and the picture on the main TV isn’t very sharp.

Had a snafu the night we came in but was quickly resolved. Mark is very friendly and helpful. Located close to downtown but far enough away from the hectic traffic. Was clean and had everything we needed. Very quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Basic, clean, tidy unit but perfect locationfor us to visit the grand parents. Very basic kitchen supplies. Extremely comfortable beds and good value for the price. If you need a place and don't need frills I'd highly recommend this property. We will stay here again.

Mark was a pleasure. Attentive and available. He even assisted with learning the Infinity TV provider. Neat and tidy. Only concern was the rubbish outside the elevator in the parking garage. Unsightly. Not the responsibility of the property owner. We would rent again !!

SAFE, SECURE AND BEAUTIFUL

I had a wonderful stay at Mark's place. The parking was secure, the property was safe, and the view of the golf course from this penthouse condo was beautiful. Mark did everything necessary to make us feel welcome. He greeted us when we arrived and made sure all of our questions were answered. The condo itself was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. He even had an extra set of golf clubs there in case I wanted to play. Checking in and checking out were both easy. Thank you Mark!

Mr Horton met us at the appointed time and explained the situation: Good TV, Internet, laundry down the hall, fully equipped kitchen etc. a very gracious man sharing his vacation home with my family. My only complaint is the unusual amount of security. One has to call the owner who the has to call the gate, and if a visitor makes it to the front door, they need to ring the bell which alerts the owner who buzzes them in by phone. I needed a Visiting nurse and a physical therapist during my stay and every day there was problem for them to get thru the security.... all in all, it was a good week with a nice pool and a great view of th golf course from the penthouse balcony. I'd highly recommend this place

Loved everything about it. Mark was great to deal with... very accommodating and the place was just what i was looking for. Everything i needed for me and the kids to have a great vacation. everything was clean and well kept and while i dont play golf.... it is right on the course for those of you who do. Mark even left me an extra set of clubs if i wanted to go out and hit a few balls.

Mark the owner was great..Very helpful and easy to work with. The location of the condo was good. The security at gate and locked building was an added plus. Parking was difficult to find if you were coming into complex after 8:00pm or so. .limited parking spots for non-residents. The condo itself had essentials for our stay, however it could use some updating and also a good cleaning.
