Family Friendly Resort With 1 BR/1 BA Suite Just 1 1/2 Blocks Off The Strip

One-bedroom suite accommodation in Las Vegas offering 650 sq ft of generous living space and can accommodate up to four guests. One-bedroom suite has a king size pillow-top bed in the bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests. Complete with a private balcony, dining area and fully appointed kitchen.

The timeshare reservation cost of $17.50 is included in the amount you would pay HomeAway directly.

- If making a reservation longer than 14 days in advance, there is an additional $96.37 (including tax) housekeeping fee which you will be paying at the time of checkout, which you should budget for. This is independent on the length of your stay. That fee is waived if you make a last-minute ("dashaway deal") reservation with a check-in date of less than 14 days in advance of your arrival, and with a stay of between 2 and 6 nights.

- When checking in at the front desk of the resort, you will provide your name, identification, and a credit card, to secure the *refundable* $250 security deposit until you check out.

You won't need your reservation number in order to check in, but it's a good idea to have it handy.

As mentioned, when it is time to leave (by 10am), check back at the front desk in order to pay the $96.37 housekeeping fee (if applicable, if now is 14+ days from your arrival) and return your electronic keys.

Please be aware that the concierge may also invite you to attend a timeshare presentation. You are under no obligation to do so, and I suggest you politely decline unless you are really interested.
