Very comfortable in a great location

We had a great stay in Northampton. The place is quiet, clean and very comfortable. Rebecca is a great host and very responsive. The location is perfect. Very walkable and close to different hikes in the area.

Perfect stay!

Rebecca is lovely and her suite is ideal. The suite is much roomier than the photos suggest. Everything we needed was provided. We will definitely rent here if we find ourselves back in Northampton.

Rebecca is a terrific host

The location is great and includes an off-street parking space. The property itself is charming, and the apartment is homey and comfortable with very reasonable and easy to follow rules. Rebecca is a friendly, generous, and responsive host, which made the stay no-stress. Also, there's a fantastic Mexican restaurant nearby that is mostly gluten-free.

A Gem in a Lovely Town

Rebecca’s home was perfect for our stay in Northampton. The town is easy to walk and there are little grocery stores within a few blocks. Near Atkins Farm, the Eric Carle museum in Amherst, and just a two hour drive to Boston. Rebecca was so kind and checked in with us to see how our stay was going. We will be back!

Our Best Vrbo Experience Ever

This was our second year coming to this Vrbo property, and we just love it! It is our best Vrbo experience ever. Best of all perhaps is the easy communication with the host. In addition, it's a beautiful space, clean, and equipped with everything we need. The bed is comfortable, the shower is great, the bathroom towels big and fluffy, and there is nice filtered water from the kitchen sink… It is spacious and close to things we wanted to get to, and we like the neighborhood. A great experience!

Cozy home-away-from-home

We love staying here when visiting family in the area. It is perfect for a couple. The kitchen/eating area is convenient for our breakfasts; the streets and sidewalks are clear of snow and ice in the winter; the apartment is warm and cozy with a comfortable sitting area; it’s a quiet neighborhood; we can walk to several fun places to eat in Florence, or it’s a quick drive to Northampton. Our first choice when staying in this area.

Delightful and Comfortable Apartment

We were so delighted to stay at this property. It was spacious, clean, charming, and comfortable, with everything we needed to prepare meals. It was close to restaurants and shops yet in a quiet neighborhood. The host's promptness of communication with us was excellent. The house is also close to some very interesting historic points of interest. We loved it and would love to come back!

Perfect in every way

The pictures and description don't do this place justice. Lovely inside and out, comfortable, great location, and lots of little touches that made a difference like milk in the fridge to have with coffee (also available, and tea) in the morning; chocolates on the table, good things to read, etc. Also quiet and calming, nice sheets, nice shampoo and shower gel. A really wonderful stay.

I totally loved this place!

The apartment itself is lovely. I could move in there as a real home. I was alone and really comfortable that Rebecca was easy to reach via text, even though she lives in the house she totally left me alone and I love quiet time. The location is a short walk up a hill to the town of Florence, which I also loved. I will definitely stay there again. I hope it doesn't get so popular that it's not available for my next trip, LOL. Thank you, Rebecca!

Rebecca's place is amazing, I wanted to stay longer!

I love staying at Rebecca's place. I was here to transition my daughter to off campus housing near Smith and stayed 4 nights -- it was a lovely, peaceful get-away. The bed was comfortable, the place was impeccably clean, I loved the teapot, and there were so many nice touches -- milk, yogurt and berries in the fridge, washer and dryer. It was really comfortable and just a nice place to be. Rebecca was really kind and responsive. The location is also great. I found a fabulous co-op and it's a 7 minute drive to downtown Northampton and Smith. Driving in this area is so beautiful it's not a chore. I will definitely see if this place is available again when I come back.

Leuk en gezellig huisje

Alles is goed aanwezig voor een lang of kort verblijf. Huisje ligt in een leuke, groene omgeving en is werkelijk waar van alle gemakken voorzien! Als verbeterpunten adviseren wij om wat verlichting bij de trap naar de voordeur toe aan te brengen. Het is er heel erg donker, wat niet echt fijn was om 's avonds de best wel hoge treden op te moeten. Een aanral deuren en ramen zijn voorzien van papier, dit vonden wij erg jammer en er armoedig uit zien. Een aantal gordijntjes meer aanbrengen zou nog meer sfeer geven... Rebecca is een hele vriendelijke dame, die je niet ziet of hoort. Dringt zich totaal niet op, terwijl ze er pal naast woont. Was een hartelijk welkom met verse bloemetjes en chicolade. Kortom: een aanrader!!!

Jolie maison au milieu de la végétation

La maison est très mignonne, entourée de végétation et se trouve à 5 min de Smith College en voiture. Il y a une place de parking spécialement pour les locataires. Il y a aussi une machine à laver et sèche-linge, ce qui est très pratique. Cependant, nous avons été étonnées de plusieurs choses: - La porte d'entrée est vitrée, sans rideau, et se verrouille avec deux petits lockets qui n'ont pas l'air très solides pour une porte qui donne vers l'extérieur. Ce n'est pas l'idéal pour se sentir tranquille/en sécurité. D'ailleurs, à deux reprises, l'un des verrous était ouvert lorsque nous sommes rentrées. - Plus problématique, il y a une deuxième porte d'entrée vitrée qui donne directement dans la chambre. Et celle-ci n'était pas verrouillée quand nous sommes arrivées. Heureusement, nous avons vérifier et l'avons fermée. Sur cette porte, la vitre n'a pas de rideaux non plus, mais un papier un peu transparent collé avec du scotch sur les 3/4 de la vitre. - Il est impossible d'occulter la lumière du soleil dans la chambre. La porte vitrée n'a pas de rideau (et le papier laisse passer la lumière et ne recouvre pas toute la vitre), et il y a des fenêtres au plafond qui n'ont ni stores ou ni volets roulants. Les fenêtres murales ont des stores mais ils sont en papier et laissent passer la lumière. - Presque tous les produits dans la salle de bain étaient coupés à l'eau et/ou vides. - J'attendais un message avec des instructions de départ avant le check-out mais je n'ai rien reçu.

Holiday stay

The place was clean, charming, and close to town. The apartment is on the first floor but there are stairs from the parking pad and up to the front door that do not have a railing, so might be difficult for those that need assistance. The owner was quick to respond and helpful.
