The three pools, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball court, playground, Lake Carillon, and Downtown are all just a brief walk away via sidewalks and lovely promenade paths. This is a one-of-a kind seaside village where you can let your kids ride their bikes around the neighborhood. Security is of utmost importance at Carillon, where we have a manned gatehouse and security personnel patrolling the premises.

Mellow Yellow's bright cheerful decor puts you in the right mindset for your special Carillon vacation. With large comfortable rooms and plenty of spacious porches and outdoor areas, this is the perfect vacation home for spending time together, while also being able to grab some quiet time for yourself. Gather your group for meals and games in the living and dining area, or sneak away with a book on the screened-in porch, enjoy a rocker on one of the front porches, or take an afternoon nap in the tower.

Laundry Room - Full-size Speed Queen washer and dryer; ironing board
