About this property

New construction property that has 4 bedrooms, one with king, two with queen beds, and one with a queen bed and bunk beds in same room. In the heart of Wrigleyville and easy access to the redline to get downtown quickly. Grill on back deck and front porch with view of Wrigley. House is only two years old and has modern kitchen with spa like bathrooms. Two living rooms and two fireplaces upstairs and all the bedrooms are downstairs.

Being feet from wrigley please keep in mind parking is very hard to come by. I provide guest passes for street parking only. The street parking is all of wrigleyville zone 383. There is no free garage parking included.

Birthday Trip

This is a great property, close to all that Wrigley has to offer. Great restaurants and shopping near by. We came to celebrate my daughter birthday and enjoy all the Christmas bars. We were able to walk to them which was nice. Would be a great place to stay for a Cubs game.

Exceeded expectations

The condo exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect layout for an extended family. Fully stocked, clean and spacious, the condo was in the perfect location. Brian, the host, was so kind and communicative. We would highly recommend this beautiful condo and will definitely be back. Brian made check-in and check-out completely seamless.

A gem in Wrigleyville

We were a group of 9 adults ages 30+ and could not have asked for a better experience. The property location is inches to Wrigley Field and bars. The cleanliness was pristine with amble amenities including guest parking passes for our local travelers. The photos honesty are underselling how incredible this place is. a 10/10 stay. Brian, our host, was extremely communicative and gave clear and easy instructions to follow for check in and check out. Don't pass this place up, you won't find a better property/location/experience.

Wrigley tim e with friends

Another together with friends of 50 years . Great location and nice space. Ample room for hanging out, good beds and bedrooms. Will certainly still on next visit to Wrigley or Chicago

Graduation Stay

We went for our son's graduation from LUC. The location was perfect...partway between Loyola Lakeshore campus and the downtown Water Tower campus. A half block from Wrigley, plenty of restaurants/bars, and a half block from the red line. It was a convenient location, and the unit was perfect for 8 guests. The condo had everything needed for a 4 night stay...comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen and plenty of room to spread out. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Chicago!

Wrigleyville Gem

I planned a 70th Birthday surprise for my husband and family. This home fit all our needs and more. We enjoyed the very short walk to Wrigley. The house layout was perfect for all of us and the well equipped kitchen was perfect to cut down on meal and drinking costs. Just one warning, be careful parking in front of house on street cleaning days. Learned the hard way, but all good, we laughed about it. Neighborhood vibe is great.

Family Vacay

The location was amazing! Can’t beat it. Neighbors were friendly. Best place to be to catch a game or two. Public transportation and everything you needed was walking distance. Lots of room for the family to spread out. The stairs gave the older folks a little trouble but we all had a blast.

Awesome stay

This house was phenomenal! Tons of space, clean, great neighborhood. Our family had an amazing time and really enjoyed waking around the neighborhood and enjoying the sights. We would absolutely stay there again if we are in Chicago.

Perfect Set Up

This is a great property whether you are looking for a trip to see the Cubs play or looking to enjoy the neighborhood/city. Easy access to restaurants and bars. Brian is a prompt communicator and answered all of our questions before and during the stay. Highly recommend!

Daughter Bachelorette Party

The home was even better in person than the pictures could ever show. Working with Brian was so easy & he was extremely friendly. There were small shampoos, conditioners, body wash & a whole cup of new tooth brushes. He really made us feel at home. There were 9 of us & it was plenty of space & comfort. The home is very close to Wrigley field, restaurants, night life & so much more.

Safe Wrigleyville location

Great place. The owner provided coffee and larger water cooler for filter water drinking. Comfy beds and pull out couch. Walk to everything or grab the “L train” to downtown. Safe & fun… we were a group of 8, 50 plus woman and the space was plentiful!
