Are you looking for a very centrally located entirely private apartment which is close to most of Budapest's sightseeing venues and calm and quiet at the same time?

In the heart of Budapest downtown, a naturally charming apartment in a quiet house. You can find everything within literally 10 minutes walk: restaurants, bars, Budapest POI and sightseeing places. Convenient reachability no matter what you come by.

The space

This apartment is set in the center of Budapest downtown, touristical and governmental area in a quiet, early 20th century building with local people and fellow tourists.

The space couldn't be in a better spot so you can reach REALLY everything that is needed for your stay within 10 minutes walk (hence the name of the apt.). For longer distances there are public transportation stops very closeby.

I provide the entire apartment (with no sharing) to my guests so you can enjoy the apartment and all of its privacy.

Other things to note
The apartment is located in Budapest's main touristical, governmental and banking area so it's probably the safest area in Budapest.

Check-in: the apartment runs self check-in. The instructions (4 easy steps) are sent on the day of your arrival when check on is available (3pm) in an automated message. For security reasons I cannot send it earlier. Thank you for your understanding.

All In 10 apartment is a private apartment with no daily cleaning service. Please respect the place keeping it clean and tidy as other guests will arrive after your stay.

All in 10 apartment is located in a residential building in the downtown of Budapest. Maintenance works, renovations may occur during your stay in the building or the area.

Please respect the neighbourhood not to make noise at all times especially before 8AM and after 6PM.

Heating and hot water runs from one single heater. Please do not set the heating warmer than 22.5C degrees as you may not have hot water due to overloading the heater.

AC is available during the summer season when outside temperature is above 30 degrees permanently.

During winter season we can guarantee 22C in the apartment

Communication is key importance. Please be available and answer the messages that I may send as I'll do my best to answer yours.

Our Budapest stay

Our stay was comfortable, the apartment quiet but spare - worn towels, a shower curtain that didn't fit the opening, and a refrigerator that was open and not running. The apartment had elevator access which was good because the stairs were dark and creepy, unlike our experience with a VRBO in Vienna which had both an elevator and lighted stairs. The location was great for walking around, eating, and seeing the sights. We were out for most of the day while in Budapest so we didn't try to cook or use the kitchen. The loft bed suited my grandson and my bed under the loft was very comfortable.

Wonderful stay.

In a quiet courtyard very close to all amenities. The Danube was very near, Supermarket around the corner. Many restaurants and cafes easy walking distance. Perfect for family. Szolt was very friendly and helpful. Would visit this apartment anytime. Short walk to Airport Shuttle bus. All in all a wonderful stay

Perfect!!!

Everything about this apartment is perfect, it is just a matter of minutes walking distance to the danube & the "Chain Bridge". The apartment itself is wonderful, situated in a quiet courtyard with a lift up to the 3rd floor where it is situated. It's beautiful inside & just what we were looking for. Finally, Zsolt, the owner, was great with his communication & was very helpful. If you want a place from which to base yourself for a few days in this beautiful city then this apartment is, like I said, Perfect!!

Very nice apartment. All you need and close to everything. Instructions were accurate. Even the Youtube vide for the check in process was great. We took the bus 100E from the airport. Very easy to get there.

A great apartment tucked away in a quiet courtyard right in the heart of the city. The apartment had everything that we needed and really was a home away from home and with the whole city on the doorstep, it really is within walking distance.

Ideally placed in Budapest. This apartment has everything to hand. You will not be disappointed

Arrived on a busy Budapest Road & were pleasantly surprised as we entered the main doors & arrived in a peaceful courtyard. 3rd floor access to apartment caused no problems as easily accessible by a lift or stairs. WiFi was good & Zsolt the proprietor was readily available by Email & there were lots additional touches to make our stay more comfortable. Excellently situated. Short walk to nearest supermarkets, metro & buses. Lots of restaurants & cafes near by. Loved the place. Will highly recommend to everyone & would love to return.

Central e ideal para comer fuera

Es muy céntrico, ideal desde todo punto de vista. El apartamento está muy bien pero la cocina necesitaría algunos adminículos, como una cafetera, una tetera y unas ollas adicionales... El dueño muy amable desde la reservación; llegamos a las 4:30 de Lisboa y, gracias a que el piso no estaba alquilado el día anterior, nos permitió hacer el check-in adelantado, a las 9am y no a las 15 como correspondía. ¡Tuvimos suerte! Nuestro agradecimiento a Szolt... y un consejo: a quienes llegan de madrugada, mejor reservar la noche anterior pues la espera podría ser interminable y muy cansona. De regresar a Budapest, reservaría de nuevo en este piso.

Schöne Tage in Budapest

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhof. Sehr ruhig. 3. Stock mit Aufzug gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und die Lage super. U-Bahn 150 Meter, Bus direkt vor dem Haus. Alles super gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Wohnung und in Budapest. Alles hat super gepasst.Wir kommen wieder.

Perfect apartment, comfortable and convenient

Hidden behind the courtyard door is a quiet oasis in the middle of a busy, vibrant city. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are cooking facilities, but we didn't need them; there are so many good restaurants close by to explore. All the sights of Budapest are close by. We used the "giraffe" hop on hop off buses to see the sights and the Buda card for discounts and public transport. We will stay here again when we come back to Budapest.

Perfectly located flat in Budapest!

Zsolt was a friendly and gracious host, easy to contact and always responsive. I took a bus from the airport and was a short 5 minute walk away. The flat is perfectly located for everything you would want to do in central Budapest. There are markets, restaurants, bus stops, ATMs and, yes, the Danube, within two to three blocks. Everything is there for a comfortable stay. Don’t hesitate a minute to book a stay.

Really nice apartment

The apartment is really nice, it is provided of everything you need. Furthermore, it is located near the metro station and Saint Stephen Cathedral. The owner Zslot is a really kind person.
