With all new appliances, freshly installed flooring, pristine granite counter-tops, and custom, hand-crafted furniture, this penthouse condominium offers an unmatched oceanside experience. Conveniently located near an elevator, the condo provides an easy walk to the beach across a privately secured boardwalk. There are two pools on the premises that are open to guests. When not enjoying the sun, you'll be able to relax with three flat screen TVs, premium cable, and high speed internet. The Master Bedroom was designed with comfort in mind. Boasting a king-sized bed with custom made headboard, you'll be able to sleep easy, listening to the waves lap up on the ocean shore. The bedroom comes complete with a 38" flat screen TV, Vizio Soundbar, and premium cable, as well as a private bathroom.

The guest bedroom is perfect for kids and adults alike. The room comes with an innovative bunk bed, featuring an extra long twin bed on top and a queen size futon on the bottom. With the versatility of the futon, you can use it as a couch during the day, and fold it down into a sleeping spot at night. The room has a 28" flat screen TV with premium cable, as well as ample closet space and a dresser.

The living room boasts a 57" flat screen TV, premium cable, and a soundbar. The room also has two brand new couches; an extra long one that's perfect for a midday nap and a love seat that can fold out into a bed, if needed. A backdrop consisting of three giant mirror panels ensures a view of the beach from every angle. Whether you're looking for weather updates or want to listen to music, guests will have access to an Amazon Echo.

The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped. Guests will be able to make anything their hearts desire, enjoying a brand new refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Guests will also have access to a coffeemaker, toaster oven, and a complete set of pots, pans, and dishware.

Great location

Lovely condo with all the needed amenities. Master bedroom bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, dishes, pots and pans and flatware. Check-in was so easy and any questions and concerns were quickly resolved by the owner, Chuck. We enjoyed our stay so much and would definitely go back if we could.

The condo was accurately represented. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. The check-in process was smooth, and the recommendations for activities and dining were excellent for newcomers to the area. The grounds and pools were well-maintained and enjoyable. The location was convenient for accessing everything. There were a couple of minor issues worth noting: there were many personal belongings of the owner taking up space, limiting room for our own items. Additionally, there was noticeable dust on items like the TV and TV remotes in the master bedroom, suggesting they hadn't been cleaned thoroughly in a while. A thorough cleaning would greatly enhance the appeal of this condo.

The property grounds and pool were nice. Condo had beautiful view. Condo was okay...kitchen nice and updated. Master bath needs updating which owner stated will be updated soon. Living area furniture needs updating. Overall an okay condo. The view and beach were the best things of our stay.

I rented this unit for my elderly father (my family was in a different unit). The unit was beautifully remodeled and the views from the balcony were spectacular. He could sit out on the balcony and just watch the ocean or see my family at the pools when he did not feel like getting out. Condo is located in a great location and would highly recommend.

The complex is wonderful, well maintained landscape and pool area. The view from the room was great. The kitchen was remodeled. The cleaning service used by the owner leaves a lot to be desired. There was food and dust under the sofa, mold on the screen door walls, mold in both bathrooms and the shower head was coming out of the wall. The screen entrance door lock was broken and we were locked in one day. The washer lid had to be held up by a piece of string. There was no toilet paper in either bathroom or kleenex. We bought our own.

Family trip

This was a multigenerational family trip. Communication with the owners was excellent! They were quick to respond and thoroughly answered my questions. The key pad on the condo door was easy to operate. The view from the condo is beyond amazing!! Much better than the pictures show. It was well stocked with anything you could ever need. The location is convenient to restaurants, the downtown area, grocery and gas. Easy walk to the beach a few steps away. Plenty of parking. The only minor negative is there were a lot of personal items left in the condo by the owners. There was still plenty of room, and the condo was clean, but I gave 4 stars because of that. When we got ready to pack up to leave I had to pay special attention to get all our belongings and nothing extra, and also not leave anything of ours behind with theirs. Overall this was minor though, and I would certainly be willing to stay there again.

Just as all other review's stated this is just as pictured and a perfect location. One of our top stay's with VRBO. The only reason I gave 4 star's in overall rating was the remodel was not complete. Couch (which had no support) and vertical blinds (which one fell off), in my opinion need replacing. Would recommend to friends and family. Lynn and Mark M

What a view!

It’s a short walk down a beautiful boardwalk to the ocean but the view from the balcony is “wow”. There are 2 tall chairs on the balcony and when we weren’t on the beach we were sitting in those. We ate every meal there. The location is close to grocery, restaurants, souvenirs, lighthouse, downtown… everything. The grounds are beautifully kept. The pool is great when you need a break from the sand. There are carts to help bring your stuff in from the car. And the condo was stocked with everything we needed. I felt very safe in the complex and on the beach. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

Great place to stay.

Initially, there was issues with the cleanliness of one of the room inside the condo. Previous occupants left it nasty and wasn’t cleaned properly by the time we got there. However, Chuck worked with us and made it right. Other than that small issue the condo is great. It’s in a great location and is very well maintained. Will be back!

Looks even better in person. Great view from the balcony. Not too big of a property- keeps the pool from being overcrowded and makes getting a luggage cart easy! Chuck has really made the condo nice- it has everything you need, and then some. Clean, updated, aesthetically pleasing.

It is our 2nd time staying at this fabulous condo! Everything you need…cleanliness, comfort and pool/ocean minutes from the front door. We didn’t have a car this time, and we easily had groceries delivered to condo. There is also an excellent restaurant within walking distance. We will definitely stay again!

Perfect Spot

Perfect location and well maintained property. Ocean view from the balcony. Sit on the beach or sit by the pool without ever leaving the property. It was perfect. St Augustine is beautiful.
