We live in Nashville and do our very best to make sure that our guests have a fantastic experience at our home! We are self-proclaimed foodies, cocktail connoisseurs and interior design enthusiasts and we love to share Nashville tips with our guests! We are proud to say that we have over 40 5-star reviews for our stunning 3150 sf luxury home, located just 1.8 Miles from Broadway. We operate under Permit #201514762.

When you step inside, we guaranty your first word will be "WOW!" SLEEP 12 IN ACTUAL BEDS and spread out in our huge kitchen and two separate living areas! You will feel right at home in this beautiful new (in 2013) 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with a unique "bunk room" on the third floor. The house is incredibly spacious and the location is perfect for any family or group that wants to be right in the heart of all that Music City has to offer.

We did our best to echo the wonderful creative vibe of downtown Nashville and the surrounding neighborhoods in our townhome by using a mixture of vintage, antique and luxury furnishings along with original artwork and photography. The proximity to downtown can’t be beat! Within one mile you will find several highly ranked local restaurants, a grocery store and the Nashville Farmers’ Market.

The first floor of our home has an open floor plan beginning with a living room featuring a sectional sofa, vintage Nashville black and white photographs and a see-through fireplace (non-operational). Next to the living room is a large dining room with chairs for eight. Through the dining room you will find our gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, a large island (perfect for entertaining) and an antique kitchen table. The kitchen also has stainless appliances, a double oven, and a workspace for those mixing business with pleasure while visiting our city!

The second floor has three bedrooms (Q,Q,K) with comfortable mattresses and two full baths with beautiful tile and fixtures. The master bath features a soaking tub with separate roomy shower, while the other bathroom has a shower/tub combo with ample storage space for your toiletry items. We provide thick towels and luxury linens so that you will feel comfortable and pampered during your stay. In each bathroom you will find soaps and hair care products for your convenience. We also provide a couple rolls of toilet paper - enough to get you started on the right track! The laundry room - complete with washer, dryer and iron is also located on the second floor.

Our spacious third floor offers six comfy twin beds, three canvas armoires, a sectional sofa and a 50" TV and DVD player. We also have a basket of games on the 3rd floor – a great “hang out” room for kids or adults!

Our home is located in Historic Buena Vista, which is adjacent to the Germantown area and downtown Nashville. Neighboring Germantown has recently been emerging as one of Nashville’s hottest new neighborhoods. Buena Vista has also begun emerging as a great spot to renovate or build new. There is a mix of new and old houses in our neighborhood and we are constantly seeing new restaurants and other developments in the 'Capitol Neighborhoods' (which includes Germantown, Buena Vista and Hope Gardens - all situated just behind the State Capitol) that make this area an exciting location!. The city has recently finished a multi-million dollar project to build a new baseball stadium for the Nashville Sounds just down the road and we love the new restaurants and bars located just down the road!

Standard check-in time is 3:00 and check-out is 10:00 am. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.

We do our very best to be responsible neighbors. For that reason we ask that our guests refrain from loud parties, observe Nashville's quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM, park no more than two vehicles behind the home, and take care to avoid leaving trash around the exterior of the home. We also ask that our guests take good care of our home and the furnishings and supplies that we provide. If you feel that your group is unable to comply with these requests, this might not be the right house for you. We DO encourage our guests to have fun - at our home and in our fantastic city!
