Tastefully furnished,comfortable modern house 176 km from central Cape Town, very close to beach/bay about 200m with wonderful fishing spots. 4 km drive from various shops and restaurants which will cater for most of your needs , including the best fish and chips on the west coast in the Harbour. If you want to go to a modern mall then you will need to drive 25km To Vredenburg. There are also nature reserves and a fossil park within a close proximity to cater for the needs of a nature lover.

Why they chose this property

Great location with lovely surroundings and ocean 200 meters away to launch your boat . Great animal life which include a number of bird species, duiker, tortoises and other animals.

What makes this property unique

Its a peaceful area with the ocean waves crashing nearby and great sunsets can be seen if one takes a stroll down the road to the beach. 3 barbecues in and outside the house allows one to relax with a drink by the fire.
