Stay at this mountain contemporary decorated, newly designed 3 bedroom + loft, 3 bathroom condo that includes high vaulted ceilings, natural sunlight from the plentiful windows, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen with beautiful tile flooring, custom designed bathrooms, stunning mountain views, a 1-car garage, a washer and dryer and plenty of space for a vacation with family or friends. Located at the south end of town, this Breckenridge condo is located on the free shuttle route, is a quick walk to historic Main Street for shopping and dining, and is a quick 12 minute walk to the Quicksilver ski chairlift on Peak 9.

All guests can enjoy the very large outdoor hot tub on site, as well as a fitness room, steam sauna, game room with pool table, foosball, air hockey, 55 inch TV, and lounge area.

Please note that this property does not include a private hot tub, however there is a community hot tub located on the second floor.

Broken dryer

The property would have been 5/5 stars except the dryer was broken and not repairable during our stay. We couldn’t wash laundry for our group of 10. It was disappointing we couldn’t clean up after Horseback riding, rafting, and dirty ATV mess

Great place for family with teens

Kids could come and go from ski lift, teen room with games, and retail and restaurants nearby. Great location! Kitchen well stocked. We would stay here again!

Great location/ needs just a bit of care

The location was convenient and the problems w the condo really didn’t affect our enjoyment. But these items should be looked at: door to outdoor porch wouldn’t lock ( this was fixed) .hair dryer was broken ( but there were 3 in the unit) a panel above garbage just fell off/ it looks to have been glued before, sheet in master bedroom was ripped,

Fantastic location and condo!

We had an incredible stay and the condo was perfect! Nice and open, with a lot of space in the main area. The kitchen is very well equipped with nice cookware and everything we needed. Very easy access to main street shopping and Peak 9. Would highly recommend this condo.

Like the location. Walking distance to all of downtown Breck.

Great access and nice having a garage to put your stuff in During your stay. The place was clean and the grounds were clean and well kept.

No hot tub in place.

The place shows a hot tub and one on property. I will never stay here again because not only was the hot tub removed from the balcony but the on site hot tub located on the second floor was off and about 36 degrees.

Thanksgiving in Breckenridge

Property was great and plenty of room for our whole family. Everything we needed was there. The skillets could use some upgrading and a griddle would be nice, just a little suggestion. The radiant heat took a little getting used to but the fireplace kept it warm when needed. I would defiantly stay here again.

Amazing Condo!

The condo was so convenient for my family. The heated garage was a huge help! Walking distance to downtown Breck, the views from the deck, fully stocked kitchen, everything was amazing! The staff was so nice and easy to work with, we will definitely be staying with Great Western again~

There were no issues with renting this property. Stayed there with another couple and their kids. 9 people total. Plenty of space and easy walk to Main St.

Best location we have ever had in Breckenridge since it was an easy walk to both Main Street and a lift to the slopes. We comfortably fit a group of 12. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, and extras like a crock pot, fondue pot, mixer, etc. My only complaints: heating system and check out. First, we could not find a control to lower the heat which we assume was radiant floor heat. Also, our email from VRBO stated check out was 11a.m., but the rental company said 10 a.m. We were really disappointed because it was the night we moved to daylight savings and we lost one hour. We were out on time, but I would not have rented this unit had I known and feel we were cheated in a bait and switch. That one hour made a big difference to our group!
