Originally built circa 1735, this restored manor house offers a serene getaway during any season.With activities to entertain the entire family, The Historic Powhatan Resort offers indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis, an outdoor pavilion and a playground. Dine in The Powhatan Bar and Grille, or enjoy our new coffee house, The Historic Grounds.

4 bedroom condo is a combination of (2) 2 bedroom condos. One 2 bedroom condo is ground floor and the other is upstairs. The ground floor 2 bedroom has a king bed, two twin beds, queen sleeper sofa, living room, full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, washer/dryer, and patio. The upstairs 2 bedroom has a king bed, queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, living room, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and deck.

Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit.

Beautiful property. Scott made the booking process smooth and easy. During checking I requested a renovated unit and it was not and the refrigerator didn't work in that unit so we were moved to another unit. The new unit was renovated and otherwise than that my family and I enjoyed the spacious units and the beautiful property. I would book again through Scott.

Great Overall

Rental property was great. After you check in at the resort, be aware that a concierge will offer you a “welcome packet” and try to trick you into going on a two hour tour to win a free stay. Ignore them.

Excellent Property

The condo and grounds we beautiful. The service was 5 star. Called for extra towels at 11 pm, they arrived 5 minutes later with the towels. The amenities were awesome and true to what the listing portrays. Scott was very helpful in the check in process. Will be returning.

4bedroom condo

Online registration part was easy and fast responding. Check in is where things changed my check in time was 4 pm I arrived at 9 pm and the house wasn't ready so they asked me to wait at first but then changed me to one that was ready. Going into the house they left the dirty laundry by the door for 3 days I had to keep calling someone to get it always left smudges and fingerprints on the sliding doors and one of the sliding doors did not fully lock, and someone previously had kissed the mirror in the living room and they did not clean that as well which lets me know that they half way cleaned up. But other than that everything was nice fireplace the tubs are a little high to get into but very big and roomie we didn't use the pool because they always had a long line so we went to va beach which was a hour away a lovely drive

Spent 3 nights for a long family weekend. Much better than a hotel stay! Easy check in, gated community, multiple pools and clubhouse, playground, etc. enjoyed our stay and would do it again!

Great property!

We had a fantastic experience in Powhatan Resort! We had a double timeshare--2 floors in a townhouse, each with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a living room and kitchen. The downstairs also had a small sunroom in the back (and a patio we could not enjoy due to the weather). The upstairs had huge bathrooms and bedrooms and a balcony outside. There was plenty of space for our family of 9 to spread out. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and our accommodations made our Williamsburg vacation a success despite the fact that the weather was bad. We would definitely return!
