It is a beautiful, historically renovated, fully furnished two bed and two bath property located in The Picayune, a building originally known as The Times-Democrat in the early 1900’s. The condo unit also has a balcony with terrific, city views of the CBD. You will not be disappointed with the condo's accommodation or the location. Nice visit during a snow shortened stay
Just like photos. Very nice. Close to French Qtr, WW2 museum, cruise terminal and other attractions. Property manager easy to work with and responsive when snow complicated getting to NOLA.

Cheer Competition
I just want to say my family loved our stay. The location is awesome. Easy access that’s walkable to so many areas. We were in town for my daughter’s cheer competition while celebrating my husband’s birthday and our anniversary. We were able to walk to Bourbon street, the casino and nice restaurants that were conveniently downstairs. I thought I had a problem with the lock and got in contact with the host who took no time at all to reply and helped me figure it out. They were very responsive whenever I reached out. Looking forward to visiting again and will definitely look to stay here again.

There really wasn't anything not to like about this condo. Location was great. Near everything, but quiet for sleeping. High ceilings. Nice big patio. Beds pillows and sheets were very comfortable. All the amenities are upscale and well stocked kitchen. Will stay there next time we go to NoLa.

EXCELLENT choice for responsible adults traveling to New Orleans who want to be in the action, but not surrounded by the craziness of the French Quarter. Communication with hosts was excellent and property was as advertised; just short 5-minute walk to French Quarter, but still outside the main craziness (and thus MUCH easier to catch an Uber or streetcar to/from other parts of the city). Also walkable to lots of good restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery.

Perfect stay
Perfect spot, fantastic host. You can’t beat the location for access to the French quarter and garden districts. We didn’t need a car and were able to get everywhere we needed to go. The unit is spacious, comfortable and has everything you need. We loved sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine at the end of a long walking day. We also had extenuating circumstances and the host was accommodating when she didn’t have to be — and we are so grateful. Awesome spot for anyone’s Nola trip!

This was an awesome space well represented factually by the photos. Its location is mostly quiet but just steps from the French Quarter. Easy to get to street cars on Canal Street. Quick walk to the Riverwalk, shopping, and Convention Center. The owner makes terrific restaurant recommedations. Bathrooms were clean with nice accessories and beds were comfortable. Kitchen is adequately equiped with tools for eating in. Plenty of room for 2 couples
