This was our second time staying in that same unit and it was just as amazing as the first time. The location is perfect and the view you can never get tired of it. The property had everything you need and then some. Our family always looks forward to our Memorial Day getaway and we are looking forward to staying there once again.

Property seemed older, but it was maintained very well.
It was a very comfortable stay. The unit we were in was nice & had what we needed for the week. The carts to help get luggage up and down the elevator was very helpful. The porch was perfect for evening siting & had a fabulous ocean view! We would certainly come back.

Delivered as per the description and is ideally located
Though the building was built in the 1980's the property and the unit have been well maintained.
The balcony is large with comfortable furniture as is the inside furniture. It would have been nice to have more than one soap pod each for the dishwasher and washing machine. All the appliances and other fixtures worked and the kitchen was well equipped. Though we were only on the second floor the elevator was nice for bringing up luggage and groceries. Having a pool is a nice added feature.

Best Balcony Ever
Watching the sunrise each morning was the most amazing scenary you could imagine. Another great part of the stay was falling asleep at night by listening to the lapping of the ocean. Siting out on the balcony was where I wanted to be. It was nicely shaded in the afternoon and nicely furnished. The inside of the condo was spacious and clean but the decor made it feel more like a rental than someone's cherished home. I could get over that though because I liked that this condo was not in a high rise but only 4 floors with 6 units on each floor. The grounds were nice and the beaches in front of the condo were incredible. They were wide and spotless. There is nothing like a beautiful beach!
We could only stay a few days but it was a very enjoyable visit. The best thing about the property is the location and ocean views. You can see the ocean and beach easily from the spacious and private covered balcony. The location of the condo is central and that makes it easy to get anywhere south or north. There is a good restaurant within a 5 minutes walk of the condo and a convenience store located across the street. At low tide the beach is very wide and since a long stretch of the beach to the south is just houses (no big condo complexes) there was not much of a crowd. Of course being there in October impacted the crowds too. The property manager's office was very close to the complex and very easy to get in and out of to pickup and drop off keys. We were very pleased that this unit was in a building only 4 stories tall with about 6 units on each level. You didn't feel cramped in on all sides and it was a very relaxing place. The elevator was slow but nice to have. We would certainly stay here again.

Excellent View but Condo lacks updates
The proximity to the beach can not be beat. This complex is wonderful. It’s not too big and overcrowded, which we liked. The pool is close by as well. The condo is pretty large and spacious. The balcony is also very big with a GORGEOUS view. The condo itself is lacking in updates however. You’re not inside much at the beach, so I wouldn’t see spending a ton of money on updating. But, the “chrome” was peeling off the handrail in the shower, the knobs of the shower, sinks were pretty caked with hard water and overall just looked old and unkept. The carpeting in the bedrooms is stained and not in very good condition. The sliding door to the balcony in the master suite was falling off and looked unkept as well. The kitchen stove had a mind of its own and would beep incessantly. Lastly, there aren’t any overhead lights in the bedrooms and the dining area light is dim. When the sun goes down, the unit is pretty dark. We also had several problems while staying. First, the pool pump went out on day 2, so we couldn’t swim for a day and half. I know it’s unforseen and no ones fault, but was still a bummer and no partial refund or anything was offered. Secondly, the AC did not work in the unit when we arrived. We called the management company and they sent someone immediately. He said nothing was wrong and left. 3 days later, still barely any air coming out, so we call again. He came the next day (last day of our trip) and repaired it. Admitting there was a problem all along. Again, we were offered no apologies, partial refund, nothing. I would stay in this complex again but some attention should be made to the unit.
Property did not disappoint! Comfortable, beautiful view and relaxing.
We will be back!

Great View and Beach...OLD CONDO
Amelia Island is always a beautiful place to visit.
This particular Condo must be looked at by the owner and management company. It is very old and run down. The term "lipstick on a pig" was used to try and make this place feel new. The master bathroom is very old, the shower and fan did not work and it was very corroded with mildew and rust. I could not use it.
The kitchen is very old, nothing was cleaned properly. Each time I took a dish or glass from cabinet I had to wash before using as it was dirty from previous use. Light bulbs were burned out or missing throughout most of the condo. I had to replace bulbs and move around bulbs to have light in the evening. I could go on and on...
My recommendation to the management company is to check behind the cleaning crew prior to the next check in. The owner must update some things if they want to compete with other similar condos in area.

Amelia Island is a perfect place to stay, the condo was less so
In spite of renovations the condo still lacks. The new tile floors are nice and the newer paint is good. But there are marks and mars on the wall that could use a touch up. The beds in the second bedroom are as hard as rocks. They are new but very uncomfortable. It is understandable the screen door from the sliding glass door would be bent and rusty but don't leave it in the corner of the balcony. The kitchen needs the most work. The counter have had water damage and the Formica is lifting. The cabinets appear original. They have been painted but the drawers and doors are misaligned. Cleanliness of the unit is okay but when you can tell the spout and faucet in the tub have not been cleaned in a long time; it makes you wonder about the rest of the place.
