Good location between Vail Village and Lionshead. Easy access to bus, but could easily walk.

Spacious, clean, updated and perfect location to be near everything!
We were very impressed with our room and would stay again in a heartbeat. There were only 4 of us but you could easily sleep 8 if you utilize the pullout couch. We loved that we could easily walk between Lions Head or Vail Village. Highly recommend this chic space!!
This condo was perfect for our stay. We went up for a wedding and brought our 2 dogs. The building was very pet friendly. The building and unit are a little bit dated, but that did not detract from our stay at all. The location is excellent!! Beds were comfortable and ample leisure space. The kitchen is a bit on the small side, but perfectly doable for a short stay. Nice little lobby treats in the mornings. I felt that the condo was a good value. We will definitely stay again!!!!!
My daughter had to have surgery at the Steadman Clinic which is right next door to the Evergreen Lodge.
Everything was just right and was exactly as listed.
Remodeled unit in older building walking distance to Lions Head lifts
Updated unit. Well appointed. Could hear hallway noise from living room but bedrooms were very quiet. Couple of the glasses needed washing before we could use them. Easy walking distance to Lions Head lifts. Two on-site restaurants made dining easy - and the Indian one was quite good!
Two complaints: 1) The living room was very cold, dropped to 63 degrees at night. Had to cover the face of the fireplace with a blanket to block cold air coming in. 2) Could not use the gas fireplace as the gas key was missing. Called maintenance to address but they never came by.
It was a very easy experience. Convenient location and the pleasant surprise was the coffee and treats in the morning and cookies after skiiing. Housekeeping was a pleasant treat after two years of Covid.
We stayed at Evergreen because it is next to the hospital. We did not find out until day four that there was a back walkway to the hospital. When asked, hotel staff told us that we would have to walk to the hospital along South Frontage Rd, so we took the hospital shuttle until we found the walkway on our own. Each member of the staff we worked with was very polite and willing to try to help us. The room was clean accept for dog hair probably in the rugs. We found a piece of broken glass in a rug, too. There was a lot of noise on the weekends from dogs barking all night and partiers. This is more of a place for skier partiers not people in Vail for medical reasons. Weeknights were quieter. For the price we paid for this condo we are disappointed.
Decent place... a little older. booked here because it's pet friendly and we have an english bulldog. Was my 1st time in Vail and didn't realize there was no air conditioning in the room.... or many places/restaurants (we visited in June)
The heat (mid 80's during the day) was a bit much for our dog so she was stuck inside the room which luckily stayed at about 75degrees during the day. It was much cooler at night so we just opened the window and cracked the sliding doors to cool the room
The condo was perfect for our stay. We came for orthopedic surgery, and the apartment provided everything we needed: 2 bedrooms at opposite ends (to ensure a good night's sleep), comfortable beds, bathrooms that were easily navigable with crutches, ample closet space, a kitchen that had everything for a ten-day stay. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
Only negative point: while the condo was in good shape, the Evergreen Lodge was less so. One of the two elevators was out of service the whole time we stayed there, and the property looks tired.
The unit was well furnished. Had a few issues. Bedroom window was broken and cold air was streaming in all night. No Tv signal in the unit so nothing to watch for 3 nights. Called management but no help there. No hot water for 1 night. One elevator was inoperable so we had to climb 5 flights of stairs or wait for extended periods. The beds were great. A bit disappointing based on the rates charged for this unit.
Short walk to Vail village. Huge bedrooms. Small kitchen does need some pot-holders to get hot things from oven. Otherwise good supplied. Plenty of space for family of 5 plus dog.
The place was as described in the listing. The second bedroom is a lockout unit which is great because the walls are not thin which was helpful for my toddler to nap. The location was great. Super short drive to Vail Village and Lionshead. Loved the ability to grab a few drinks at the restaurant downstairs and bring them up to the room. Very nice that they allow dogs (unfortunately my dogs were a problem while we were there) but so nice as most places do not!
My family stayed here for a few (too short) days as a quick getaway before school started. Property suited us well - large (I think it was two-units that have been combined) with better living space than I had thought.
The location is perfect for us. Next to the hospital, located seemingly right between Lionshead & Vail Village.
Hope to stay here again next summer.
Great location, convenient to everything by walking or local shuttle/bus. Property was updated and remodeled and clean on inside. We had cleaning services offered everyday which was nice. Only draw backs I can think of was that the hot tub is located inside, not outside which lessens the beautiful outdoor mountain experience and that the lobby, bar area and general public areas of property over all need updating. I would however stay here again!
I was concerned when I arrived that there was construction next door. It ended up not being an issue. The apartment was spacious. It’s an older building. The lighting was not great at night. The kitchen needed a few things. Like some bigger bowels, and a strainer. Overall I enjoyed the apartment and it was my home away from home.
Nicely remodeled unit. Great access to both central Vail and Lionshead.

Newly remodeled unit but overall complex feels very outdated.
The unit itself was clean and updated. Appears to have taken 3 ‘hotel’ rooms and joined them to make a 2 bedroom condo..bedrooms on the outside and living area (kitchen and den) in the middle. Definitely not lavish per Vail standards and other places are newer but close enough to lifts to walk. Good pricing value and sits right in the middle of Lionshead and Vail Village with an easy 5 min walk to either.
