About this property

This is a beautiful two bedroom, two bath condo in the heart of downtown Puerto Vallarta's most exciting neighborhood, Los Muertos (also know as Olas Altas and the Romantic Zone). Condo is located at The Park Condominiums a modern residential building one block from the beach and across the street from Lazaro Cardenas public park.

Condo is well appointed, fully furnished and equipped for a comfortable stay. We provide linens, bath and pool towels. Ceiling fans, AC units in each room, washer/dryer and a courtesy amenity kit (soap, trash bags for the first few days). Master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. A second smaller bedroom has a double bed with its own full bathroom.

Building has 24 hour security, a gym and a spacious rooftop terrace with a swimming pool, leisure deck and a grill for bbq's.

Romantic Zone

The property was great and Julieta was very responsive and helpful. The noise going on at the neighboring property where there is construction is hard to deal with and the partying in the area until 4:00AM every night is hard not to notice too. I know these aren't things that can be controlled by anyone, but they are worth knowing about if you are wanting to stay in this area. The rooftop pool is perfect and the until itself is great too. Thanks!

The Perfect Trip!

My husband and I decided to go away with our 5 month old baby and my mother in law! This was the PERFECT condo for us. Jules was great at communicating and everything was amazing during our stay. The condo building, rooftop pool and area are all incredible. We can’t wait to go back and hope to stay longer. Thank you!

Perfect Location, Easily walk everywhere

This 2 bedroom condo is in the perfect location. You can easily walk to restaurants, bars, clubs, and the beach. My friend and I had the best time there.

Great PV Location

Jules was very accessible and attentive to our every need. Any issues were quickly addressed and resolved. Security staff were excellent and most helpful. Love the location. 1 block from the beach, across the road from the weekly market and walking distance to PV's best restaurants. One concern and that is the safety of the rooftop and pool area. It is extremely slippery when wet. There are many signs posted however just be careful. Would definitely return and look forward to the accomodations.

Location, location, location

We enjoyed staying here so much we did it twice within a few weeks. The unit has a wonderful view of the park & bay & we enjoyed spending lots of time hanging out on the balcony. Even though it’s not very big it accommodates a table & 4 chairs (which was enough). The unit is clean & user friendly. The only downsides were that we couldn’t find any steak knives & the guest bedroom is pretty small. Given those minor complaints I would come & stay anytime in this same unit. The owner is friendly & quick to fix any problems or concerns. Thanks again for everything Jules we hope to see you soon.

Beautiful Views

The Park was a great location right across from the Saturday market, a handy and well supplied grocery store beside it, close to restaurants and the bay . 506 in particular had outstanding views from its balcony of the mountains at sunrise and the sea at sunset. It was simple but comfortable and the host very helpful. The concierge staff — Mateus and Javier— were outstandingly kind aand patient as was Lupita who provided cleaning services. A quiet neighborhood at night. Rooftop pool offers surround view of city.

Great Spot in PV

Great affordable location in PVR. Nice roof top pool and gym. Unit was clean and owner was friendly and easy to communicate with during our visit. Would stay again.
