Newly renovated corner unit with wrap around lanai. Gorgeous private views with no other condos in sight so you can enjoy the sunsets and watch the dolphins and manatees. Delnor-Wiggins State Park is a short 5 minute walk from your door.
The new open kitchen features white shaker cabinets, granite and beautiful new high-end GE Cafe Appliances. The kitchen is outfitted for the serious cook; however, there are many great restaurants nearby.
You can choose to dine at the new kitchen island, in the dining room, or outside on the private lanai. The under-cabinet LED lighting and dimmers in the kitchen can create a nice romantic mood for dining.
The recently completely renovation features beachwood porcelain tile throughout the condo and the lanai. The unit also comes equipped with a new GE washer and dryer.
The master bedroom suite offers a king-size bed, fresh linens, dresser, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and master bath with beautiful new tile and granite topped vanity. The master also includes its own private lanai.
The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, fresh linens, cottage style furniture, spacious closet and a private bath with a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom also has fantastic water views.

I love fishing and walking the beach and both are great here in North Naples. I have rented VRBO properties around the world and have always used location and amenities to find properties. We use this property ourselves and are especially happy with our new renovation. I believe you will find a great location and truly your home away from home.
