Great house with new pool

Pool was excellent! Location close to beach House was perfect quiet neighborhood. It was well stocked, shampoo, body wash, Sunscreen , laundry detergent, dishwashing tablets, Coffee, great no worries for just having a carry on Refreshments in the fridge when we arrived Would stay here again !

Nice and comfty stay.

Our family had a good time. The location is good and the house was nice and clean. Only thing I could have wanted was a few more towels to shower and a kids night light and a bathroom kids stool chair to be able to reach the sink. But overall it was a comfortable stay. The kids loved it and we had a great time as a family. :)

Wonderful stay!

The pool and spa were incredible! Great place to relax after time out at the nearby beaches (15 min or less) or outdoor activities (kayaking, hiking, boating). The common areas were actually bigger than expected and the kitchen was well equipped. Loved the bikes available for use too. The location was very convenient and the area was quiet and peaceful.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at this house. The pool and spa were perfect after a hot day on the beach. Thomas was so easy to work with. We had all of the important information well ahead of time and he was super quick responding to any questions. As an added treat he provided us with some complimentary beverages! We would definitely rent here again.

Peaceful Naples Retreat

Thomas is an Excellent Host

Upon arrival we had a welcome gift in the refrigerator! Great surprise! The kitchen was fully equipped and all other rooms were great, even to soap and shampoo in each bathroom. The pool and spa were the star of the show!!!! Definitely will stay with Thomas again. Thank you for everything!!!

The place to stay in Naples

This was our 1st time in Naples and this house was perfect! You can bike to Vanderbilt Beach. Plenty of shopping and Restaurants nearby as well. The home was great Clean & comfortable. The pool and spa were perfect as well! We will definitely be back.

Awesome and Private Pool

One of the better houses we have rented. Stayed with my family and have several young kids. Floor plan is really nice for a vacation. Great communication from Thomas and he was very helpful/accommodating. Nice updates throughout the house. Location to the beaches made the vacation even better. Plenty of grocery stores within a few minutes. Neighborhood was mix of well kept rentals and homeowners. Pool and hot tub were great and the highlight of the house! Always warm and such an easy setup to switch the hot tub heat on. No messing with equipment that is complicated. Backyard felt very private from the neighbors. Door alarm for pool safety with little kids was a bonus. We will definitely look to rent here again or any of Thomas' properties.

Perfect location and perfect house. The house was clean… pool and spa fantastic and warm… close to beach and restaurants… safe neighborhood… what else to want? There were beach toys, chairs and umbrellas, towels provided… swimming tubes for pool … bikes for all ages and abilities … wow!!! Do not hesitate booking.

Relaxing

Such an amazing week. The house and pool were great! We were looking for a vacation that we could bring our dogs with us and the set up here made this completely stress free! Every single thing down to tiny little details were thought about at this property. The house was close to many things. Our dogs enjoyed bonita dog beach and we really enjoyed clam pass and our dolphin tour with pure florida out of tin city. This house is also FULLY stocked.

Absolutely great!

This home is great! Everything was exactly as advertised. Quiet neighborhood and very close to Vanderbilt beach. I felt safe enough to allow our teenage girls to ride bikes around the neighborhood and to the beach. I am not the type of guest that interacts with the owner or manager unless there is a huge problem. So I did not speak with Thomas, because I had no need to. The emails we exchanged were timely and had all the information we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay!

This was just what we needed for our vacation. I really appreciated that there was a pack and play for our daughter- one less thing we had to travel with. The kitchen is also stocked, even had ziplock bags so we packed snacks for the beach. The walk in closet has hangers provided, beautiful lanai, nice furniture, clean, and a garage full of beach toys! I would recommend.

Nice place

Nice place in a neighborhood test is a bit seedy. The kitchen and living areas were great, the pool was small. All in all a great place although a little pricey.
