This spacious Penthouse Condo provides breathtaking views from the large oceanfront balcony. The great room and master bedroom feature a wall of windows and sliding glass doors that lead out to the huge balcony. Here you will enjoy watching the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful sunrises that await you daily! Not only that but from the back balcony you will enjoy watching the sunset over the Laguna Madre (bay). The balcony is the perfect place to start your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee or to relax with a margarita at the end of a day on the beach!

The great room provides plenty of seating with two sofas and a love seat. You will enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf and the beach from the comforts of the sofa while you enjoy the large screen TV with Cable and HBO. There is also a DVD player if you plan to rent or bring movies with you. Wireless internet is provided. While preparing your daily meals in the fully equipped kitchen, you will be able to enjoy the breathtaking views of the ocean out the great room’s wall of windows! Dining Table Has Sitting for For 12.

This penthouse is perfect for 2 families traveling together. There are four bedrooms and four baths in the condo. If you choose to lounge in bed for a late relaxing morning you will enjoy watching the ocean out of every window in the Master Suite which features a king size bed and a private bathroom. This Oceanfront Master has a brand new Memory Foam Mattress to ensure a perfect night's sleep. There is also a second Master Suite with a king size bed and private bath. This second master also has a brand new Memory Foam Mattress and it too is an Oceanfront bedroom! There are 2 other guest bedrooms. One is a large room that features 2 sets of Twin Over Bunk Bed with Ladder Solid Wood Trundle Bed. This guest bedroom can sleep up to 6 people. It is the perfect kids room! The last guest bedroom features 1 Full size bed with Twin-Sized Trundle. Both guest bedrooms have direct access to a full size bathroom with showers. All bedrooms come with LCD TVs.

After a fun day on the beach, you can relax in the evening and enjoy the beach and Gulf from your front balcony or from the balcony off the back side of the condo you can watch the sunset over the Laguna Madre! Would love to give 5 star but can’t…

This property is as advertised and has plenty of space for a larger group or multiple families. Property was clean, beds and linens comfortable, with plenty of seating to relax inside. Outdoor patio, pool, and beach are wonderful A few things that held us back from the 5 star review. First, we were contacted after our reservation and told we owed an additional charge (taxes missed on the original pricing). Second, the utensils in the kitchen are sub-par to the point where there wasn’t a spatula - can’t flip a pancake with your fingers. The stay was good and we enjoyed the property and location.

Sibling gathering

This property fit our needs perfectly, there were four couples siblings with spouses, we each had the perfect bedroom set up with private bathrooms, the living room and balcony were so spacious we could have had 4 more couples and still not been crowded. Loved it so much we want to rebook this location when we come back to South Padre, a first for all of us.

Anniversary Vacation

Booked and paid over a year ago at a premium price. Beautiful unit all went well until the unexpected construction work began in the roof for 3 days. Then the rains came and water starting dripping into the unit. It is not fair to experience such after paying so much. I don’t if I can trust VRBO.

Excellent girls trip

We enjoyed this condo overlooking the beach and spent a lot of time on the spacious balcony. The kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of room to spread out. The pool was great and we enjoyed it after coming in from the beach on several days. Our only issue while there was the elevator that went down on two nights, since we were on the top floor. My mother had a difficult time with climbing the stairs. Otherwise our stay was excellent.

We really enjoyed our vacation! This place was very spacious for our 6 kids, 3 grandparents and me and my husband. It was so close to the beach and the kids really enjoyed the pool too!

Beach side paradise

This condo was the perfect size for my family. We had four bedrooms each with a private bathroom and huge living area. The view of the ocean and proximity to the beach and boardwalk can't be beat. We will definitely stay again!

Best View Ever!

I’ve been coming to SPI since I was a little girl and this is the best condo I hav ever stayed at. Everything from the beds to the decor to the view and proximity to the beach, even the staff and the communication with the owner was hands down the best. Waking up to the panoramic sunrise on the balcony is an experience I’ll never forget. Can’t wait to book it again!

Two family trip

Kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and we really like to cook! Beds were super comfy. The view was amazing! The dinning table and chairs were really hard to move around, even to just push in a chair. The property gate codes need updating, especially the north entrance to the beach- we got stuck a couple times and had to walk to the south beach entrance.

South Padre in April

The weather was hit and miss but that didn’t stop us from enjoying the beach. We were thankful to have the hot tub and pool when the Gulf was too cold. My only complaint is the smoke alarms are set to super sensitive we couldn’t cook anything without opening both ends of the condo doors so the alarms would stop sounding

We just spent 4 nights; 3 families, 6 adults,. 6 kids ages 7-12, and we had plenty of room. The condo was great to relax in and their were more than enough plates, glasses, silverware, etc for 12. The only negative thing was the large open dining room/living room was loud with everyone in the room at meal times. It felt like there needed to soundproofing.Bit, walls bewtween the condos. We're great.....we never heard ou neighbors! The pool and hot tub we're great, but it said it was heated but was still pretty cold fir March....but also could be the weather the week we were there. Also, the lack of a bathroom at the pool is very inconvenient.... especially with kids. Going to the room all the time when at the pool was a pain. I'm f you could figure out how to get a bathroom on the first level that could be accessible for pool guest would be good. Thanks for a great stay! Would book again!

Spacious updated environment with best views

My family 12 total was floored when we walked into the condo. First sight of the beach through floor to ceiling windows took our breath. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus for us. The kitchen had all utensils imaginable & unimaginable. The wetbar offered a coffee section, it’s own ice machine & purifed water to drink. Plenty of towels & bedding for many days. The whole condo is updated & modern. Beach in the backyard was easily accessible. The pool & jacuzzi were clean & very nice. We felt extra comfortable knowing security was on site throughout the night. We had a designated parking space. That is another plus. We loved knowing we could come & go not having to lose our place. The open floor plan for the kitchen & living area made socializing easy. There are 3 thermostats, letting most rooms be individually set to separate temps. The balcony stretched from one side of condo to the other with plenty of seating for the spectacular view. Each bed was so comfortable with the mattress, falling asleep was not hard. There is an elevator to get around quicker and the wait was so minimal we only rode with each other each time. I especially loved the art work & the decor. Every detail made our stay just that much nicer & we truly appreciated them.
