About this property

Hello, and welcome to our family's beach house! Our upscale condo is located just 1.5 blocks from the beach and boasts prime views, beach breezes and is close to all of Wildwood's amazing attractions.

We have 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and can sleep 10. Enjoy the open-concept great room, ideal for entertaining. The dining room, living room and kitchen area includes 2 sliders to the large outdoor deck where you can relax with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The great room features a large couch for movie nights, vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace and recessed lighting. The kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, large center island with seating, pantry, and upscale fixtures. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need if you get ambitious and want to cook.

All Bedrooms include their own televisions. You must provide sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. Laundry room is also located in the main hallway.
The master suite offers a king size bed and full bath.
Bedroom two has a queen size bed and balcony.
Bedroom three has a queen size bed.
Bedroom four has two twin beds.
We are Wi-Fi ready and will provide you with a password for internet access.

Parking will not be an issue for you either, pull right into your secure 3 car garage, plus leave one more vehicle in the driveway. You can walk to some of the best restaurants right from our front door. Additionally, Historic Cape May is only a short drive from our condo, where you can also enjoy fine dining and shopping. We are very close to Cape May County Park and Zoo for those cloudy day activities. We are within walking distance to the convention center and piers. Friday nights, enjoy the summer fireworks from your private deck.

Feel free to use our beach carts, toys, umbrellas, and chairs during your stay. We also have a few bicycles available your use.

Being as this is our family vacation spot we are very careful who we rent to. Families are preferred. We will not rent to individuals or groups under the age of 25.

Amazing as always

Once again we stayed here during my daughters cheer competition. 2nd year we have been here and not one complaint. Chris is easy and a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating. Just like i said last year, anytime we come to wildwood, this will always be our place to stay as long as its available.

Linens Not Provided

Property was clean, well maintained and in a good location. Major complaint is that the VRBO listing had linens provided as an amenity, which the owner told me on day of check-in was not true. After driving 4 hours, the first thing we had to do was go to the store to buy linens and towels. Then the master bathroom toilet did not work. 8 of us had to share one bathroom. Things go wrong but a small refund for the inconvenience of the non-working bathroom would have been appreciated. We never would have rented a 4 bedroom 1 bath unit. Finally, its two weeks since our stay and have not received a refund of the 500 deposit from VRBO that was charged to my card in January, which means I am paying interest on that amount.

Great Time

Great time the only thing we had a problem with was the stairs being 72 and 76 years old it was a good thing we had 20, 22 year old grandchildren and their parents who helped us a lot.

Great location

Condo was very spacious and many amenities and just how was advertised. Host was great. Loved having a big garage annd 4 bedrooms and a lot to do in walking distance. Would rent again.

Great place to stay

This is a great place to stay when you come to Wildwood. It's an easy walk to the boardwalk and beach. The condo was very clean, and we had no issues. The check in process is very easy and Chris was very helpful.

Our 2024 vaca

Chris was very easy to work with. Answered all correspondence quickly. The home is in a great location and exactly as stated. Very roomy, master bed was extremely comfortable. Having a basket of toys was an added bonus for the kids. Garage was very large. We were able to fit a Highlander and a truck inside. Loved the home. Housekeeping could do alittle better by checking balcony while cleaning. There were empty plates,cups and a broken chair. That is NOT homeowners fault though. As for your security deposit, do not expect it back in the 5-7 days stated. It didn’t get released until 2 weeks after checkout, then the 5-7 days kicks in. (So 3 weeks later) Learned this after having to call VRBO myself.

Great location and a nice home work a week

We have been spending a week in WW every summer for at least 10 years. This is one of our favorite locations because there is easy access to food and boardwalk, and it is quiet. We appreciate that we can use the house beach stuff so it means we have less stuff to pack. The large balconey was used a lot and its agreat place to watch Friday night fireworks.

Great family vacation house!

The house was nice and neat. Plenty of room to relax in the open floor plan kitchen, dining, and living room area. Lots of storage space and plenty of parking. Convenient location to the beach and boardwalk. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Weekend

This place is exactly as pictured/advertised. We were there Memorial Day Weekend and it was actually a very quiet street. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and after hitting the boards in the evening. If you choose this place you will not be disappointed. Chris is an exceptional!

Wedding Weekend Stay

Chris’s property was perfect for our group! It was even more spacious than it looks online, especially the enormous master suite! And the short walk to the boardwalk and beach made this spot all the more wonderful! Don’t even get me started on how clutch it is to have a 3 car garage and driveway! An additional recommendation I’d give anyone renting here is Stuey’s Juice Bar on the boardwalk. The coffee and food are phenomenal and it’s only a five minute walk away!

Family event

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and ready. We were close to the beach and boardwalk. Lots of restaurants too. If you are coming to Wildwood this is a great place for you. I will definitely recommend your lovely condo to my family and friends. We will book again in the future.

Family Friendly Beach House

Condo was as described and both the condo and location were great as it was family friendly. A lot besides the beach within walking distance, such as delicious ice cream @ Duffer’s. Communication and check-in was great and when there was an issue with one of the tub drains, was promptly addressed and fixed the next day. Would definitely recommend!

Girls weekend

This property was exactly what we were looking for. It was a quick walk away from the beach and boardwalk. The living room has tons of seating for larger groups and the check in process was a breeze. We didn’t have any little ones staying with us BUT it’s very obviously kid friendly. 10/10 would recommend this and would consider renting again. Thank you so much for hosting!

Exceptional all around

We came to Wildwood to attend our daughter's graduation from Coast Guard boot camp; our party consisted of 3 adults, 2 teens and on grad night, my daughter. It was so nice to have a bedroom for everyone, and a lovely open living room/kitchen for hanging out and enjoying some of the fantastic take out options from close by. We didn't have time to cook, but if we had wanted to, the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. Communication with the host was perfect - we got our check in instructions in plenty of time, and check out was super easy and painless. I am very grateful that we stayed here, and absolutely would love to come back during the summer season to enjoy the town's seasonal activities. For those who are not from the East Coast - be aware that it is customary for rentals in the area to NOT provide any linens, so you'll have to bring your own. We were aware of this, but it's the 1st time we've ever had to plan for that in all of our previous rentals. Overall, I can highly recommend this home, without hesitation!
