Ocean Front Villa at Spanish Lagoon

Our very spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom ocean front villa “The Merry Milestone”, combines some of the most spectacular views over the lagoon and its reef with comfortable accommodation for up to 8 persons. Only a few miles south from the airport, the villa is located in the quiet area between the well-known restaurant Marina Pirata and popular Mangel Halto beach with the sea right in front of the house. The sandy beach at Mangel Halto is only a 5 minute walk!
Surrounded by a lush tropical garden, our fully air-conditioned house has a large porch overlooking the crystal blue ocean and reef with comfortable outside furniture including a dining table with 8 seats. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area, a large open plan living area with flat screen TV and 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms:
The large Master bedroom has a Super King size bed right next to the largest bathroom. Next to that, a twin bedroom with 2 single beds. Next, a double bedroom with King size bed and a bathroom, which is shared by these two rooms. The 4th bedroom is a small double with a Queen size bed with its own entrance and bathroom in a separate part of the house, behind the large porch. See layout photo for details. Our laundry room with washing machine and dryer is at your disposal and of course you can stay in touch with the outside world via free WiFi.
Tastefully furnished, the Merry Milestone is for rent all year round on a weekly basis. The property has a built up area of 400m2 on a total lot of 1275m2. Activities within walking distance include swimming, diving, kayak trips (organised a few minutes walk along the shore) and snorkeling. Some good restaurants are within easy reach, as well as a small but well-stocked supermarket. For exciting nightlife, Oranjestad is a mere 10 minutes drive away.
