Located on the quiet end of a waterfront townhome community, this property features simply the best views you will find in Key West. Best of all, Casa Atlantica is located just a short bike ride from Duval Street and the Historic District, so you get the peace and quiet of the tranquil shore without sacrificing access to Key West’s unsurpassed restaurants, shops, and attractions.

Open the door to this property and you are welcomed by an entire wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, giving you unrestricted access to the most breathtaking view in the Keys. Slip outside on to the enormous, private, top-floor patio and enjoy the warm sunshine and salty breeze of the natural shoreline. Playful pelicans and majestic egrets swoop and dive into the cobalt-blue water directly in front of you! This is true coastal living at its best.

The large patio doors can be left open to allow the ocean breeze in to the spacious studio living area, which features a king sized bed, comfortable chairs for lounging, a flat screen television and a large dining table. The fully equipped kitchen features a glass-top range. Down a short hallway is the large, unique bathroom featuring a glass enclosed shower and lots of closet space. The entire home features distinctive, Adobe-style rounded walls and charming brick tile floors. The whitewash walls reflect the lovely natural light and create an effect that is fresh and soothing to the senses.

If you want to put your toes in the sand, head downstairs to charming tiki hut right by the water. This property also has a shared washer and dryer and limited street parking. Please be aware that this unit is accessible only via 3 flights of a centrally located staircase.

Beautiful view

We rented a golf cart and found it to be a convenient location to get away from all the business of Duval street but close enough to get there quickly. The 3rd floor view was amazing. Wish the sliding doors has screens so we could listen to the ocean free of worries of bugs or anything else getting in. Overall we enjoyed our time at the studio condo.

Beautiful stay

Magnificent Oceanfront View

Perfect for us! The Sunrises and Sunsets were amazing!!! We were able to get away from the hustle and bustle when needed and enjoy peace and quiet at this condo. Everything worked and plenty of hot water for wonderful showers. Just give it a few minutes to warm up. The 3rd floor view is worth the steps, but can be challenging for some I’m sure. We had such a great time!!!

The worst part of staying here was the 45 steps to the unit. The Unit was not the best but the spectacular view and the beaches made it all worthwhile.

Perfect location, great ocean view

Great little private ocean-front condo for a sunny escape from the cold north! Well furnished, and the kitchen is adequately equipped for cooking. The patio is perfect for fresh air and sunshine and listening to the waves lapping the shore. There was a dank smell in the unit when we arrived, but with a couple of days of being in and out and patio doors open for fresh air, the smell in the unit was much improved. Communication was great, with any messages promptly answered. Overall we loved our stay 2

Key West Vacation

The unit was nice and clean overall. The cabinets had a funky smell. We were there during a hurricane so the property/Beach was quite a mess. Not used to all the humidity so I was cold and hot through my stay and couldn't seem to figure the right temperature on the unit. Also, water came in the unit by the sliding glass doors a little, but was easily cleaned up.

This place sucked

The listing was incorrect on the description of what it was….3 floors no elevator and the stairs were like 2 and 1/2 feet wide….they only gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 days and it was 1 ply……and they said on site parking but only for the full time resident on the ground floor…. And they wouldn’t let us park or charge the golf cart that we ended up renting for the entire week because this is not within walking distance of Duval st….

Ocean view in Key West

We had a great time at the property, especially enjoying its direct location on the ocean—not across the street. We happened to stay during Tropical Storm (Hurricane Helene), which raised concerns for water coming into the room (which we mopped to keep it under control), our car, and potential flooding. Fortunately, a local person was kind enough to provide guidance. It would have been helpful to receive information about parking at the high school for situations like this. There are a few things to consider for future stays: there are no curtains on the windows, which made it hard to sleep in during the morning and raised some privacy concerns, as other guests can access the balcony. While we understand the limited outdoor furniture during the storm, there were two beautiful days afterward when more seating would have been appreciated. Storage space was a bit tight, with limited areas for suitcases and belongings. The TV unit could be removed in favor of a smart TV mounted on the wall, making room for a credenza with drawers, offering additional space for clothes and personal items. The bathroom & closet layout could be improved to make better use of the generous space. Lastly, there was a homeless man staying in a closet under the units. While unexpected, he appeared to be harmless and even helpful cleaning up the property. Overall, it’s a lovely location with some room for improvement in terms of comfort and amenities.

Week Long Stay in September

We had an amazing time in Key West!! This Condo was absolutely beautiful! The view was breathtaking and I mean breathtaking!!! People around the area very friendly. The only thing that was missed was a swimming pool. And it’s no fault to the owners… you can’t really help that. Lol. But what would be a really cool thing would be if you had some stuff for the ocean!! Like snorkel gear, paddle board, kayaks, ect. Nothing fancy, just some fun cheap gear!!! This place was amazing!!!! 5 stars all the way!!!! Thank you so much for allowing me to stay here!!!! I had a wonderful time!!!

Casa Atlantica

The property had breathtaking views as promised with a gorgeous deck and a wall of sliding glass doors that opened up from the condo to the deck. Management staff was very responsive overall with the exception of a bug related issue where they didn’t respond at all. I’m also used to VRBO’s providing basics like shampoo and conditioner and this was not provided in this unit. Overall, beautiful property.

Fantastic Views

The terrace looks out over the Atlantic ocean and the White Street pier, allowing sunrise views and leisurely walks. The decor is tropical with a hint of African and South American influence.

Nice place to stay

The condo was nice, clean and was a good location. Only a little way from Higgs beach... the sandy part of the beach. The lady downstairs was nice and welcoming. Only downside was the person she called her " gardner".. we think he's a homeless man who hangs out there and maybe helps her out sometimes. He spent his afternoons sleeping on the ground level patio where the tiki hut is. We wanted to sit out at the tiki hut a couple of times but it was uncomfortable with him sleeping there. He was also out there washing his socks and cleaning his toenails. He has 4 paperbags he carried with him containing his possessions. Otherwise, it is a recommend to others.

Ocean front

The property was very nice. The view from the deck over the ocean was amazing. Privacy was excellent. Location was beautiful. Only slight drawback was the 4 flights of stairs to get to into the condo. Doable but just be aware. Parking available right across the street.

Wonderful place!

Very clean, beautiful views of the ocean literally feet away from the balcony and a nice pier just off to the right. We spent plenty of time in the mornings outside watching shrimp boats, kite surfers and hydrofoils enjoy the breeze! Nice size for 2. Plenty of space, nice bathroom, kitchen and living area. The location is nice and close to anything you may want to do. We will would not hesitate to book this property again.

We loved this quiet little place with stellar views. The pictures do not do the patio justice - it is far more beautiful than a picture could capture! The property managers were attentive and checked in regularly. Would absolutely stay here again!

Best View Ever!

We loved our stay! We would definitely come back! The view is spectacular! It is a studio but we stayed a week and there was plenty of room for my husband and I. We loved the rustic decor. It does have several stairs to climb to get to the apartment but thats part of its charm. It has rounded plaster walls and staircase. The deck is huge and private and is literally right on the Atlantic. The price was good for the location. We would have given 5 stars all the way but there was a man around the property who said he was the handy man that made us a little uncomfortable. We kind of got the impression that he was really a homeless person. If we're wrong we apologize. But not the best impression if he is the handyman.
