Additionally, the home is close to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, making it a great place to stay if you attend the world-famous Tennis Tournament in March each year.

You can also enjoy easy access to the community pool and spa and membership to the clubhouse facilities, including tennis.

Golf is available at Indian Palms Country Club, which boasts a 27-hole course, or you can choose to play one of the 125 courses throughout the surrounding area.

This home was exactly what we have been looking for! Nice size, tastefully decorated, comfortable & very peaceful. We really enjoyed the spacious living areas & the pool was so relaxing! Any small questions we had were dealt with promptly. Best management team I have ever had experience with. We would love to come back!!

Great vacation house!
This house was perfect for our group of four that attended Stagecoach! This was our second year renting this house and it did not disappoint! Lounging by the pool before headed to the festival made our weekend!!!!!

Pros: house is nice, very clean, well equipped ; pool was good: tennis courts were great; Cons: having to use the main gate to enter and leave the property was nuisance- a couple of times it took 10-20 minutes to get in due to a line up; golf course at the property is very run down; wifi was spotty; we found Indio to be far away from things we wanted to do.

The policy of only entering the property by the front gate was a bit of an inconvenience. It is the HOA policy that can't be avoided.

Perfect for a group of 6
Our group of 6 was in town for Coachella and this house made our stay extremely comfortable and provided everything we needed to rest after the festival. The backyard area with the pool and hot tub was a great feature of the house and certainly something I'd recommend anyone that stays here. All in all we had a great experience all the way from check-in to check-out and I'd highly recommend any festival goers to check this place out for your group.

Wonderful Vacation quiet neighborhood
Great house for a 5 week winter get away. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the pool and the outdoor space. We were disappointed in the Indian Palms resort property. We are golfers and booked a tee time our first week. The course was in very poor condition and the club house, carts and dining options were sub par at best. We golfed at several other courses during our stay and did not find these conditions elsewhere. It was one of the reasons we chose this property (27 holes of golf) and we ended up having to go off property. The entrance to the resort was sand and several dead trees. No flowers or fountains anywhere. We have previously stayed at other resorts in the Coachella valley and first impressions are important when you have options. We hope the resort will improve the conditions of the amenities so it is up to par with the lovely homes such as the one we stayed at. Overall we had a great time and the house was everything we wanted for our vacation.

Excellent Rental!
This rental property was perfect! Beautifully appointed with all new appliances and furnishings. Every aspect of the rental experience was “covered” with detailed instructions, including pool and spa, gated community info, thermostat, even down to the bbq instructions. They left nothing to question. We highly recommend this property and will definitely be back!

Great little house!
Great little house! We stayed for 12 days for a horse show, so we didn't spend too much tine at the house, but it was so nice to have a lovely place to come back to when we did. The pool was great for our days off.

Highly recommended property
This property worked out so well for our group. I loved the open concept and fabulous kitchen, which had everything we needed as we love to cook. All the furnishings were very comfortable, and the house was spotless. The neighborhood was so quiet, and this being the first time we have stayed on a golf course worked out great. We were never bothered by the golfers as the setup shields you from being out in the open.

Beautiful Stay
This is a lovely home. The pool and the hot tub make for a perfect site to relax and enjoy the warm evenings. The misters really cooled the sitting area during the hottest parts of the day. The house was very clean and a great set up for 2 couples. Thanks for a great stay.

Disappointing stay
Agreement stated that gas usage (to heat the pool) was going to be based on pictures taken of the outdoor gas meter at the start and end of the visit. We were charged over $100 for a 1 week stay, even though we didn't heat the pool at all! This is more than I pay for a month of gas heat for my house in a cold climate! Repeated attempts to the property managers to provide proof of the gas meter readings were completely ignored. Vrbo sent notifications to property managers and they were also ignored.

Desert oasis
The property was amazing and exactly like what you see. We did have some questions or things that came up and with a quick text or phone call they were resolved in a timely manner. That being said the rug in the hallway needs replaced it folds up on the ends and one of our adults tripped and fell because of it. Also, more toilet paper should have been supplied. We would definitely recommend this house it was a gem.
